#### Job Summary:
As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients during the night hours. This position requires a compassionate individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with the healthcare team and family members.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor the health and well-being of clients, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, catering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to proper schedules and dosages.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including tidying living spaces and assisting with laundry.
- Document daily care activities and any significant changes in the client's condition.
- Communicate effectively with family members and the healthcare team regarding client needs and concerns.
#### Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (CNA, HHA, etc.) preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related field is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Ability to lift and move clients safely, using proper body mechanics.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Job Summary:
The Data Center Mechanical Commissioning Provider will work internally with our Impact Cx Team and externally with other Project Team Members to successfully deliver a fully commissioned building to our clients. This opportunity is a 100% remote position and will require approximately 50-70% travel, locally and nationally, to commissioning sites.
This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Mission Critical Cx Operations Manager. General Duties:
Coordinate with general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and the owner verbally and in writing
Perform Cx Design reviews including OPR, BOD, Plans and Specifications
Review submittals and shop drawings
Perform periodic Site Observation Visits during construction and preparing Site Observation Reports
Develop project specific test scripts including Level 2 Installation Verification Checklists, Level 4
Perform Functional Performance Tests (FPT), and Level 5 Integrated Systems Tests (IST).
Responsible for onsite execution and witnessing of tests
Manage the resolution of Commissioning Issues
Work around live components, three phase AC Power Systems, Direct Current (DC) power systems, and fire alarm systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning and project management experience
You have experience in design and/or construction of hyperscale Data Centers
Professional Engineering License a plus
OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety is required.
OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety is not required but preferred.
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems is a plus
Field experience is preferred
Certification in Building Commissioning is not required but preferred.
Skills:
A high-level understating of engineering knowledge, specifically in the built environment.
You will be comfortable working around Mechanical HVAC equipment and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to respond thoughtfully and effectively to sensitive situations.
Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze relevant information and provide thoughtful solutions.
You have experience and detailed knowledge of both air and water-cooled chillers, chill water systems, air handling systems and Building Automation Systems.
Knowledge and understanding of equipment and Mechanical systems Sequences of Operations, development and documentation for functional test scripts.
Equipment startup and commissioning experience; witnessing contractor activation and functional testing of equipment and systems using functional test scripts
Ability to read construction drawings

The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Caregiver Job Description:
Comfort Keepers Caregivers provide companion and personal care to our clients' non-medical needs in accordance with an established plan of care. Some of these duties include skin care, ambulation, bathing, dressing, nail care, oral care, exercise, feeding, toileting, positioning, and transfers.
Job Requirements:
The applicant must have one of the following certifications:
STNA - State Tested Nurse Aide
HHA - Home Health Aide
CNA - Certified Nurse Assistant
DSP - Direct Service Provider (worked under nurse supervision for 1 year)
Medical Assistant
Experience Private Caregiver
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a state background check. Federal background check required if you have not lived in the State of Ohio for the last 5 years.
Must be 18 years of age
One-year professional experience as a caregiver or home health aide
Open Availability (ability to work various shifts, nights, or weekends)
