You bring a detail-oriented mindset to accessibility, ensuring interfaces are usable and inclusive by default.
You enjoy working closely with users and cross-functional partners to ensure the products you design are effective, efficient, and easy to use. While you may not primarily identify as a strategist, you have a solid understanding of standard research practices, and the vital role research plays in informing design decisions. Even better. you may have...
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
Experience designing consumer-facing web or mobile product experiences at scale.
Expert Figma skills (auto layout, components, variants, libraries), and comfort working within a design system.
Strong visual design acumen demonstrated through owning product UI end-to-end and raising polish and consistency.
Experience collaborating tightly with engineers and understanding front-end constraints and patterns (responsive behavior, performance considerations, frameworks).
Experience running or partnering on discovery and validation (interviews, usability testing) and translating insights into shipped improvements.
Familiarity with Agile/Lean delivery and iterative release cycles.
Experience designing for global markets, localization, and content variability.
