**Job Summary**
PSE&G is seeking a new member for the Technical Training team within the Transformation & Centralized Service organization at our Edison NJ location. The successful candidate will advance the training that supports a safe, skilled, and efficient utility work force working in concert with a team of training professionals for PSE&G's Substation Operator occupational group.
The role is responsible to conduct the instruction and learning evaluation required to provide apprentice and incumbent employees & contractor personnel (as required) with the technical skills and knowledge necessary to perform Substation Operator Technician construction and maintenance in accordance with job specifications, contract obligations, Substation Operator Technical Construction Manuals, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Job Responsibilities**

Education and Experience:

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all Non-Licensed Operations accredited and non-accredited training activities/programs by providing Training oversight/assessment and technical guidance to improve line and station performance and meet regulatory requirements.
