Job Description
INCLUDES $7k Sign on Bonus for Nights**
Provide initial contact for the Hospital admission process
Assess/triage patients for appropriateness for Admission during initial assessment Complete intake process to include related paperwork, review, and obtain signatures on all patients/and or authorized person
Assist with verifying insurance benefits, and gathering demographic information
Prepare medical chart
Creating patient charts, ensuring all required information is included and documented appropriately
Discuss behavioral/ psychiatric issues with appropriate staff as needed
Consult/seek supervision from Director of Admissions as needed
Provide/document appropriate referrals and reason if unable to admit
Access/triage patients for appropriateness and eligibility over phone or in person
Troubleshoot any problems that may occur during the shift
Maintain up-to-date required training
Perform other related assignments as directed by the Director of Admissions
Requirements
Must have a current TEXAS license (LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, LCSW)
Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health field (Counseling, Psychology or Social Work)
2 years of behavioral health experience preferred
Work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed
Able to multi-task and knowledgeable with computer software and type proficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Knowledgeable with crisis center preferred

Responsibilities
Our PhysicalTherapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. Our PhysicalTherapists (PTs) use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat our patients.
Qualifications
PhysicalTherapists (PTs) must meet the following requirements:
Be currently licensed as a PhysicalTherapist (PT) in the state of employment
A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
Possess a valid state drivers license and automobile liability insurance
