Transportation Services
Responsible for providing specialized wheelchair transportation, non-emergency ambulance assistance, and client assistance including responsible for proper loading, securing, and transfer of wheelchair-bound and ambulatory clients.
Insures clients, passengers, and wheelchairs are properly secured in the vehicle at all times.
Responsible for obtaining accurate directions to facilities and client locations.
Will be knowledgeable of outpatient scheduling procedures, the transportation schedule and will communicate frequently throughout day with transportation coordinator.
Employee will use radios and telephones to communicate with transportation/scheduling coordinator.
Insure pick up times and appointment times meet established standards
