Store excess product in Back Room or designated area. Ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained (i.e.: shelf allocation and sale items). Maintain excess product in back room area to corporate guidelines. Assist with the hiring, training and development of all new Night Crew Associates in Grocery operations. Responsible for discipline or recommending discipline of all Night Crew Associates according to company policy. Responsible for all refrigeration and security procedures during Third Shift, and all weekly and nightly resets. Unload Warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries. Evaluate the performance and progress of Store Associates. Ensure that all productivity measures of 3rd shift grocery crew are up to the standard and that all tasks are accomplished. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures. Ensure the protection of the company's inventory and assets. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
