Pay Range: $21.50- $29.95 Responsible for accurately selecting order breaks in accordance with established labor standards. Place all completed orders in designated area(s). Must have working knowledge of all O.S.H.A. rules and regulations as they pertain to the Distribution operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for daily setup, to include obtaining equipment and supplies (i.e. plastic wrap, pallets, credit slips and production card). Responsible for accurately selecting order breaks within Distribution Center(s). Verify that the appropriate pallet labels correspond with correct store numbers, assignment numbers, and door numbers. Upon completion of selecting order, affix pallet tags and wrap pallets. Deliver completed order to assigned door. Maintain all current labor standards as they pertain to selecting function. Responsible for proper placement of all selected orders in bays and / or trailer, as directed by Supervisor. Responsible for adhering to all O.S.H.A. rules and regulations within the Distribution environment (i.e. electric pallet jack operation; safety knowledge). And adheres to all safety policies, procedures and best practices while performing tasks in a manner that promotes safety at all times including proper lifting guidelines. Identify all out of stock items as credit(s) to Shipping Clerk. Upon completion of all selecting, additional assignments will be delegated by the Lead Person / Supervisor (i.e. credits, clean aisles, pickup wood, help load, etc.). Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass ergonomics test. Must pass drug test. Satisfactory performance reviews Strong communication skills.

The piece picker will pick all pieces of merchandise into a tote or box for the stores' order in a particular area. Work is performed at or above floor level within multi-level modules. 1. Using totes or cardboard boxes proceed down aisle to select and remove merchandise from shelf in accordance with information provided on IP panels or picking documents.
2. Affix pricing label/EAS Tags in correct position on merchandise where applicable and place non-priced item labels in tote.
3. Pack merchandise into totes properly, banding small loose merchandise where needed.
4. Notify Stocker when merchandise on shelf needs replenishment.
5. Notify Lead when merchandise is not available for picking.
6. Affix Hazmat Stickers on totes where applicable.
7. Wrap glass merchandise in bubble wrap when applicable.
8. Pack merchandise in totes properly and to avoid damaged product.
9. Close tote or tape box; push completed tote onto conveyor.
10. Snap cover on completed tote, seal tote, sign bar code and push on conveyor.
11. Discard all cardboard and paper into trash conveyor.
12. Complete and submit daily paperwork as required.
13. Must meet all LMS Standards as applicable to department.

Required Qualifications
Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally. Ability to walk, stand, lift, carry, bend, reach, and stoop on a continuous basis. Perform highly repetitive packaging, assembly, and/or machine operation

Coordinates staging of incoming Customer product by transferring or overseeing the transfer of product to the non-process storage locations in a safe and damage-free manner.

Maintains and submits warehouse reports depicting where products are staged within the facility.
Verifies that all identified damages and/or count discrepancies have been reported and resolved.
Ensures shipment of product within shipping deadline by maintaining contact with internal facility staff. Prepares product for shipment by retrieving Customer product from processed area and staging in shipping area; prepares accurate shipping documentation; loads product into shipping trailers/containers or transfers small packages to delivery service.

Required Experience
1-2 years related Warehouse Experience or shipping/receiving experience
OSHA Certified Forklift Operator- preferred - training will be paid for if not currently certified
Skills and/or Competencies
General proficiencies in Microsoft Office and ERP required (SAP and/or ShopVue preferred)
Ability to be licensed to operate powered industrial equipment in a safe and professional manner (i.e. Forklift or yard truck).
Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing responsibilities, and prioritize duties
Ability to work under regularly supervision, either independently or as a team, in a fast paced, changing environment
Requires ability to navigate through defined computer screens and STERIS Operational Data Management System.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate II role is a functional role responsible for performing all required functions needed to pick, pack, and/or palletize an order, assemble, ship, and/or receive Customer product while ensuring proper and accurate documentation. This position also may possess the responsibility, based on experience, to conduct training with new and/or less experienced personnel.

Duties
The below listed duties are reflective of all HuFriedyGroup Distribution/Warehouse locations, thus local skill requirements and essential duties may vary:
Performs all Distribution/Warehouse functions as outlined in established procedures.
Select, check, pack and/or palletize, and label all types of standard orders for shipment
Perform highly repetitive packaging, assembly, and/or machine operation
Receives Customer product through acceptance or unloading shipping container, including pallet breakdown and identifying box weights; processes all applicable documentation in an accurate manner.
Coordinates staging of incoming Customer product by transferring or overseeing the transfer of product to the non-process storage locations in a safe and damage-free manner.
Inspects finished goods as they move from packaging to assembly, as well as inspect incoming or outgoing Customer product for damages and/or count discrepancies and report such conditions as outlined in established procedures.
Maintains and submits warehouse reports depicting where products are staged within the facility.
Verifies that all identified damages and/or count discrepancies have been reported and resolved.
Ensures shipment of product within shipping deadline by maintaining contact with internal facility staff. Prepares product for shipment by retrieving Customer product from processed area and staging in shipping area; prepares accurate shipping documentation; loads product into shipping trailers/containers or transfers small packages to delivery service.
Ensures timely receipt or shipment of Customer product by assisting material handling activities, loading, and unloading trucks.

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage and execute the receipt, storage, distribution, and shipping of Lexington Medical products. This is a full-time temporary position with potential to convert to a regular full-time role.
The hours for this position are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Pick, stage, and deliver parts for production orders
Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
Maintain First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management for both raw materials and finished goods
Receive incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition; record transactions in the MRP system
Document and report any damaged materials or quantity discrepancies
Deliver received parts to proper storage locations
Pull devices from finished goods to fulfill customer orders
Pack customer orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping
Prepare shipping documentation (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in other departments as necessary
Physical Requirements:
Ability to manipulate small parts.
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
Qualifications & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
