**TV Programming** handles day-to-day scheduling of content on our networks; this includesshort and long termplanning of linear and multi-platform events, stunts and/or marathons. Aside from linear, the programming strategy team plans and schedules content on all platforms where our content can befound:apps, online, Video-On-Demand (VOD), Paramount +, etc. In addition, they handle the relationships with production companies that provide original and acquired content and ensure all content is delivered and ready for air.
**Eligibility:**
+ Internships are available to students who will be Seniors or Masters students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
+ You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
+ Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
+ Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.

You will:
* Implemented reinforcement learning algorithms and novel reward functions within a high-fidelity autonomous driving simulator
* Design and run experiments to train the driving agent, systematically collecting and analyzing performance data to identify behavioral patterns and potential instances of reward hacking
* Interactively refine the driving policy and the reward model based on experiment results, implementing and testing strategies to improve safety and alignment with intended driving behavior
* Collaborate with the research team to document experimental setups, present key findings, and contribute to the project's technical direction
You have:
* Strong programming proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g, Tensorflow)
* Solid theoretical understanding of machine learning and reinforcement learning fundamentals, including Markov Decision Processes value functions, and policy gradients

TV Programming handles day-to-day scheduling of content on our networks; this includes short and long term planning of linear and multi-platform events, stunts and/or marathons. Aside from linear, the programming strategy team plans and schedules content on all platforms where our content can be found: apps, online, Video-On-Demand (VOD), Paramount +, etc. In addition, they handle the relationships with production companies that provide original and acquired content and ensure all content is delivered and ready for air.
Eligibility:
* Internships are available to students who will be Seniors or Master's students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
* You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
* Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
* Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
* Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.
