Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Proven ability to translate software and automation strategies into operational impact, ideally within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or similarly complex environments.
Experience with agentic SDLC/AI-augmented practices and integrating AI/automation into software delivery (GitHub CoPilot Code, Claude Code, N8N, CrewAI, Stagehand, Replit, etc.).
Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational leadership skills.
Ability to balance technical oversight with business alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar software development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake) and integration platforms preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
