Job Summary
Pay: $19.00/hour
The Air Logistics Warehouse Agent is responsible for moving and sorting small packages by hand and pushcart from containers inside the warehouse to semi-trucks, in an open air, uncontrolled temperature environment.

Responsibilities
Load and unload package containers, moving packages by hand and pushcart, to warehouse to truck
Build up package containers ready for outbound flights
Break down package containers from arriving flights
Remove tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading
Sort, scan and move small packages within the warehouse
Operate package handling equipment such as pallet jacks and gaylords (push carts)
Check air express containers for proper piece count
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year experience in similar role required
Valid Driver's license required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Peak Season (November-December) may require longer hours
Ability to read, write and understand the English language
Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids
Preferred Skills
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays, and days off.
Ability to judge distances.
Ability to successfully communicate with others.

In This Role, You'll:
Audit pallets
Monitor & track expiration dates, ensuring the FIFO method
Track inventory data and product movements using internal systems (JDE or similar)
Monitor and reconcile inventory across multiple zones (dry, cooler, freezer)

Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory clean-up initiatives
Enter change orders, update records, and flag inventory discrepancies

What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or data entry experience
Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck

The Schedule & Setting:
Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer zones)
Receiving Clerk: Starts at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday), working until the work is completed.
Inventory Clerk: Starts at 8:30 a.m., working a 10-hour day (Sunday - Wednesday)
