Respond to emergency calls from a dispatcher such as requests for medical assistance following emergency response proceedings. Provide emergency medical care and other treatment pursuant to EMT certification. Determine the nature and extent of illness and injury. Report all medical incidents, accidents or emergencies including completing a Daily Activity Log for every shift, describing all activities. Complete an Incident Report documenting any medical response calls on client property. Determine procedures to be followed for emergency first aid or assistance. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. REQUIREMENTS: Valid State Certified EMT Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic license. Valid CPR/1st Aid Certification. Intermediate computer skills and basic technical knowledge. Available for weekend hours. Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
