As an Angio/Interventionalist at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our imaging team, ensuring our patients receive the best care by:
Maintains up-to-date licensure and certifications required for position.
Provides procedural assistance as a circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech, according to Angio lab policies and procedures and Scope of Practice documents.
Understands and operates IR equipment and related information systems appropriately to ensure that quality images are produced.
Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam. Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment for patients and staff. Develops specific knowledge about invasive, diagnostic, and interventional supplies, appropriate indications and applications, and proper use and deployment techniques.
Follows appropriate protocol for medical necessity, coding and charging guidelines, obtaining necessary consents, maintaining applicable QC programs, and reporting any equipment failures or problems.
Provides appropriate patient education, ensures patient comfort, and address patient and/or family concerns.
Keeps accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and any adverse reactions or incidents.
Coordinates patient care and communicates pertinent information to other patient care providers following procedure.
At the end of the procedure, suture the sheath in place, or remove the sheath and apply pressure to obtain hemostasis.

Physical Requirements:
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies. • Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations. • Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc. • Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items. • Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.) • • May be expected to stand in a stationary position for a long time.

Provide care and close supervision of patients. Document patient behaviors provide crisis intervention as necessary and implement individualized treatment plans while following Billings Clinic policies and procedures. Work as part of the interdisciplinary team and assist in maintaining a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Essential Job Functions
* Ensure that patients and their environment are safe. Complete patient and environmental safety observations on assigned unit. Attentive to possible issues on the unit due to escalating behaviors or environmental factors and report concerns to Charge nurse.

May include lifting, bending or holding to assist patients.
* Facilitate and supervise patient groups of an educational or supportive purpose. Encourage patient participation in milieu activities and plan of care.
* Demonstrate accurate and timely documentation for all patient care provided through completion of applicable charting.
* Assist with admissions by checking in patient belongings and gathering their belongings upon discharge.
* Maintains a safe and clean environment for patients and staff members.

The sitter may not make or receive personal phone calls while on duty or use a personal cell phone. In the case of an emergency, the sitter must notify the nurse that he/she needs to be relieved to make a phone call. The sitter may not leave until he/she has been relieved.
The sitter may have read material while on duty, but may only read when the patient is asleep.
The sitter will be relieved for breaks and meals but may not leave the patient until physically relieved by another staff member.

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments. Our PCTs are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient.
Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 6am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Compensation: Pay range from $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on healthcare experience; experience not required

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect:
Actively participate in infection control, risk management and patient education activities
Guide new patients through 120-day education plan
Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
Role under RN supervision
Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment
Insert and remove patient access needles
Monitor patients during dialysis, document changes and inform charge nurse of any concerns
Calculate patient's weight loss to reach dry weight
Determine patient care priorities and organize work load accordingly
Maintain professional working relationship, observing patient privacy and rights
Maintain and track inventory
Perform laboratory work
Qualifications

Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required

About the Role
Shodair Children's Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) to provide direct care and support to children and adolescents receiving behavioral health services. This role is an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, helping patients navigate daily routines, build life skills, and develop healthy emotional expression under the supervision of licensed clinical staff.
MHTs play a critical role in supporting patients' well-being through safety monitoring, group facilitation, therapeutic interaction, and crisis de-escalation. You will serve as a role model, encouraging appropriate behavior and helping to create a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Must be able to successfully perform physical holds, movements and carries.
Blocking and redirecting patient movements against the patient's weight
Physical interventions in response to aggressive and self-injurious behavior.
Ability to move quickly and confidently to intervene in situations when protective holds and/or movements are deemed necessary.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field; or four (4) years of progressively responsible work experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience also considered.
Experience working with children or in a behavioral health or healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Certifications:
Must obtain and maintain CPR and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills within two (2) months of hire.
Additional certifications (e.g., ServSafe, Lifeguard, high ropes) may be required based on unit assignment.
Certification in Behavioral Health is strongly preferred.
