Responsible for the accountability of residents at SIL facility or Housing Program on that particular shift (ex. if a client does not complete medication observation in the morning or at noon, please attempt to make contact with the client).
Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience working with adults with mental illness is desirable. Some knowledge of the human services field and application of basic client care skills are also required. Applicant must possess the ability to defuse potentially harmful situations, remain calm in an emergency, implement behavior management techniques, communicate effectively in person and in writing, and accurately prepare and maintain written documentation. You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.

Patient Dining Associates work on assigned units in a healthcare facility, and provide services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, deliver and pick-up their meal trays. Follows Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines when handling food, cleaning work stations and breaking down patient tray line.
Follows facility and department infection control policies and procedures.
Assist dietitians, such as helping monitor patients who cannot eat food through their mouth, are on liquid diets or have a specific calorie count to manage.
Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner, following department procedures.
Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the Morrison Healthcare policies and procedures.
