What You'll Be Doing Provide individual, group, and family therapy services within the scope of your clinical license Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team to support client progress Complete clinical documentation and meet direct service and administrative requirements Provide clinical consultation and support to other program staff when needed Participate in ongoing training and maintain continuing education requirements Complete crisis screens when crisis staff are unavailable What We Offer We value our clinicians and offer compensation and benefits that reflect the importance of this work. Work Location & Service Area This position will be based out of our Manhattan office and will require providing services in Marysville approximately 1-2 times per week to support client needs across our service area. The Role You Play At Pawnee, you'll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health therapy to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. You'll collaborate with treatment teams, develop person-centered plans, and deliver services that support client progress and overall well-being. Provide mental health therapy services to a wide variety of client systems in an outpatient setting, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. Collaborate with other treatment team members, natural supports, and external providers to ensure a wrap-around approach is provided for continuity of client care. Create and maintain person-centered treatment plans based on clients' unique needs. Monitor client progress through ongoing assessment and timely documentation according to current agency standards. Demonstrate sensitivity to all cultural and ethnic differences. Complete agency trainings up to and including certification in evidenced-based treatment models. Provide psycho-educational services to the community as assigned by Supervisor or Director.
