The Payroll Tax Administrator will work under various levels of supervision and participating on various payroll projects. You will focus in any of the following Shared Services disciplines: payroll, tax support, system applications, employee service center and HRIS, etc. Process $500M+ manual wire payments annually to 3rd Party Vendors thru SAP and address any funding/reporting issues.
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for performing analysis of payroll data and harmonization for US payroll
+ Handle investigation and analysis of payroll issues to determine the root cause in order to earmark gaps in already existing solutions and support the development of new measures
+ Mapping issues and process vendor payments reporting for US and Int'l Assignee payroll
+ Process entries in SAP
+ Payroll Tax & Accounting related projects
+ Support various payroll tax activities
+ Analyze compensation related data including wages and bonuses
+ Prepare upload files CDGT EIB for processing in Workday Payroll
+ Good understanding of payroll codes, taxability W2 mapping
+ Respond professionally to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies as required
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in Payroll Tax, Accounting and/or Finance

**What You Will Do:**
+ Process and manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
+ Review timesheets and other payroll input data to detect and resolve payroll discrepancies.
+ Run and reconcile payroll reports and audits.
+ Maintain and update employee payroll records with confidentiality and precision.
+ Respond to employee paycheck questions and issues in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
+ Ensure all payroll transactions are properly documented and saved for auditing and compliance purposes.
+ Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies and support cross-functional initiatives.
+ Stay updated on changes to federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
+ Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 and other tax statement preparation.
+ Identify needed additions, updates and edits to payroll processing guide and user quick reference guides and make required modifications.
+ Employment verification processing support.
**What You Will Need to be Successful:**
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
+ Solid understanding of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations.
+ Proficiency with HRIS and Payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and reconciliation across multiple systems, including ADP Workforce Now, UKG Time & Attendance, and Workday. Payroll Processing & Operations
Process accurate and timely payrolls weekly using ADP Workforce Now

Partner with UKG Time & Attendance administrators to validate timecards, pay codes, accruals, and overtime rules prior to payroll close

Serve as payroll SME for integrations between Workday (HRIS), UKG Time, and ADP Workforce Now
Ensure accurate employee data flow (new hires, terminations, job changes, compensation updates) across systems
Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency between Workday, UKG, and ADP
Support system upgrades, testing, implementations, and enhancements
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (including wage & hour, tax withholding, and reporting requirements)
Prepare and reconcile payroll tax filings and year-end processes (W-2, W-3, state filings, ROEs/T4s if applicable)
Support audits (internal, external, and governmental) by providing payroll documentation and reports
Maintain payroll SOPs, controls, and documentation

Respond to complex employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
Partner with HR and Benefits teams on leave pay, benefit deductions, and special payroll scenarios

HOW TO SUCCEED
5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including senior-level responsibility required

In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and wage & hour compliance

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Processes bi-weekly/weekly/off-cycle salaried and hourly payrolls for approximately 4,000 employees across multiple states as needed
Provide Training to business partners, managers, and payroll coordinators
Minimum Experience:
Associates degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
3 years of experience processing payroll and payroll testing
Excellent Excel skills
Workday Experience
Preferred:
5 years of experience processing payroll and payroll testing for a manufacturing company

THE JOB
Morton Amphitheater in Riverside, MO is seeking a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for ensuring schedules are completed and departments are appropriately staffed for events. In addition, they are responsible for processing and maintaining payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business needs and may be scheduled up to 30+ hours per week during peak season.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Communicate effectively and professionally with employees through email and phone
Collaborate with department managers to ensure all departments schedule employees in our payroll system, ABIMM.
Coordinate and confirm event staffing to meet management requirements, ensuring all departments are adequately staffed for every event
Learn/Train on all functions of ABIMM as directed by the Operations Manager
Process and maintain payroll records in payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions, often within 24 hours of a show for accurate reporting
Perform timeclock troubleshooting as needed
Actively monitor attendance numbers and communicate staffing changes to department heads.
Track and oversee attendance, implementing backup staffing plans as needed
Assist with employee onboarding, credentialing, and record-keeping
Oversee the ordering, fulfillment, and distribution of venue materials as needed
Maintain proper record-keeping and compliance documentation, including incident reports and insurance claims.
Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an events or HR role
2-3 years' plus of work experience in a comparable role.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

* Enter benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and other updates into the HRIS and vendor systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Support monthly benefits billing by reviewing invoices, comparing them to system records, and flagging discrepancies for follow-up.
* Review 401(k) change files and loan repayment reports from the recordkeeper and enter all required updates into the HRIS accurately and timely.
* Draft and post internal communications to promote benefit engagement and awareness.
* Process incoming People Operations mail, including garnishment orders, tax notices, and benefits correspondence, and route items appropriately.
* Process garnishment orders by entering all required information into the HRIS and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Track unemployment insurance tax rate notices and enter updates into relevant systems.
* Maintain accurate and complete employee records, including benefit changes, payroll backups, offer letters, and compensation documentation.
* Support compliance and audit requests by pulling documentation, running reports, and organizing files as needed.
* Perform all other duties as needed
Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of payroll or benefits experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
