Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner / Physican Assistant The Monogram Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for the delivery of personalized compassionate medical care to patients primarily with COPD and other pulmonary conditions. Completed PVCHC APRN Primary Care Fellowship Application Must be graduates (by orientation date -- with less than 750 hours of supervised prescriptive practice, as defined by Colorado DORA) or transitioning FNPs who demonstrate an intent to practice as a primary care provider Must have at least 2 years of RN work experience Certification in Primary Care specialty Active & Unrestricted Colorado RN & APRN license (eligible and complete by orientation date) Three (3) letters of recommendation At least one (1) from a clinic preceptor At least one (1) from a work supervisor No peer references will be accepted.
