Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Foreman/Supervisor to lead and manage a team of assemblers responsible for building structural component frames for data centers. This role combines leadership with active participation in production tasks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing assemblers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and quality. Hands-On Work: Actively participate in assembly tasks as needed to meet production goals and deadlines. Scheduling & Coordination: Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan daily and weekly production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of projects. Timekeeping: Maintain accurate time records for team members, monitor attendance, and report hours for payroll processing. Tool & Equipment Management: Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and inventory of tools and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Manager to implement quality requirements, conduct inspections, and provide feedback to improve processes. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and improve team performance. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead in a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees. Hands-on experience with assembly processes, tools, and equipment. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills for coordinating with operations and quality teams. Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
