Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Associate provides all ticket services of the Corpus Christi Hooks during the season. This position is a seasonal position that includes nights and weekends beginning in the fall and going through the end of the season. This position supports the Ticket Operations Manager and the Director of Ticket Sales and Services. The Sales & Marketing Associate reports directly to the Senior Account Executive. Be an ambassador and provide excellent customer service for the Corpus Christi Hooks Baseball Club.
Support the sales department by answering incoming calls, responding to emails and assisting with large mail pieces.
Possess extensive knowledge of season memberships, groups and hospitality areas
Assist with season membership renewals as well as prospecting new season sales
Assist with the execution of theme nights, group nights and other target markets throughout the season
Involvement in game-day activities and other outside events as needed
Assist with individual ticket sales at the box office windows
Additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager of Ticket Operations

Internship Details & Schedule:

The Pathways Exploration Internship Program (PEI) is an 11-week career training program that takes place from May 20th - August 7th, 2026. This program is available for current college students and early career professionals (max. 2-years post-grad) and provides paid exploratory opportunities for candidates whose identities may be considered underrepresented in arts and cultural fields. The intention of this program is to provide support and an understanding of different career pathways within a museum while developing skills necessary to pursue a career in the arts and cultural field.
Interns will be responsible for day-to-day department work, participation in PEI activities (professional development, check-ins, team-building opportunities, etc.), and a department project that will culminate in a presentation at the end of the summer.
This position contributes to the programs and initiatives of the Talent and Culture Department. Experience the many aspects of this department with a combination of projects and daily responsibilities. Discover what it takes to help shape a world-class art museum! Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. What You Will Do:
Answer inquiries and resolve problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement and achievement of targets.
