About the Role
The Production Operator is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing activities including material preparation, equipment setup, process monitoring, and execution of production tasks. Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Performs planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections on a broad range of patient care and selected support equipment in compliance with established standards.

* Under supervision of the veterinarian and/or veterinary technician, perform in-hospital treatments for sick patients including giving injectable and oral medications as well as intravenous fluid therapy; keep patients clean, watered, and fed (when indicated and directed by doctor), safely walk canine patients when necessary for elimination.
* Under direction of the HOM/HLOD, assist in the training of new staff members and general dissemination of knowledge as required.

Nature of Supervision

Responsible for achieving goals/objectives
Manages or oversees the management of client/customer accounts
Generates quotes/invoices
Plans, organizes and promotes sales/marketing programs
Meets with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions and provide follow-up instruction and technical assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings.
Uses all available resources (Referrals, Route Leads, Phone Day, Cold Calls, etc.) and maintains an ongoing prospecting activity and system to identify and contact new prospects for expanding the prospect base within the assigned territory.
Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools.
Qualifications
Preferred 1-3 years of experience in outside sales with an emphasis on new customer acquisition.
Willingness to work hard, and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.
Previous experience with Retail Sales is preferred, however relevant sales experience will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Title: Hospice Chaplain
Schedule: PRN, paid per visit
Job Summary: Primary function is to provide spiritual care in the home to terminally ill patients and their families. To provide an
assessment of the patient's and family's spiritual needs and to provide counseling to meet those needs. Makes reasonable efforts to facilitate visits by local clergy, pastoral counselors or other individuals who can support the patient's spiritual needs. Participates as a core member of the Interdisciplinary Group/Team (IDG/IDT). May also be called Spiritual Counselor, or other similar titles.
Responsibilities:
Spiritual Assessment:
Conducting spiritual assessments to understand the beliefs, values, and preferences of patients and their families.
Spiritual and Emotional Counseling:
Providing spiritual and emotional support through counseling and prayer.
Assisting individuals in finding meaning, purpose, and peace during the end-of-life process.
Facilitating Spiritual Practices:
Facilitating religious rituals, sacraments, or spiritual practices based on the patient's faith tradition or personal beliefs.
Offering pastoral care to address spiritual concerns.
Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Team:
Collaborating with the hospice interdisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.
Participating in team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
Advance Care Planning:
Assisting patients and families in exploring and documenting their spiritual and end-of-life preferences.
Facilitating discussions about the meaning of life, death, and the afterlife.
Bereavement Support:
Providing grief and bereavement support to families before and after the loss of a loved one.
Offering memorial services, rituals, or other ceremonies to honor and remember the deceased.
Education and Spiritual Guidance:
Offering spiritual education and guidance to patients, families, and hospice staff.
Addressing ethical and moral concerns related to end-of-life care.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate and confidential records of spiritual assessments, interventions, and communication with patients and families.
Community Outreach:
Collaborating with local religious and spiritual communities to ensure access to additional support and resources.
Providing spiritual care to diverse populations, respecting various cultural and religious beliefs.
Requirements:
Education: Master of Divinity preferred.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a chaplain in a healthcare institution preferred.
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Current auto liability insurance and driver's license if personal vehicle is used for work.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively connecting with patients, families, and the hospice interdisciplinary team.
Cultural Competency: An understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural and religious beliefs, as well as the ability to provide inclusive spiritual care.
Compassion and Empathy: The role requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and sensitivity to the emotional and spiritual needs of individuals facing end-of-life challenges.

What You'll Do
As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will own and lead all sales and marketing efforts for the community, including:
Sales & Occupancy Growth
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web (within 24 hours or sooner)
Qualify leads, guide families through the decision-making process, and close sales
Conduct in-person and virtual tours and manage walk-ins
Maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline using the Sales Board and CRM
Forecast occupancy and revenue through daily and weekly sales analysis
Meet or exceed budgeted occupancy and revenue goals
Track and manage move-ins, move-outs, deposits, and referral activity
CRM & Sales Standards
Maintain accurate, detailed CRM records and next-step follow-ups
Implement Personal Touch Selling Competencies and Legacy Sales Standards
Ensure consistent follow-up, pipeline progression, and reporting
Provide weekly sales plans of action using the GROW template
Marketing & Brand Visibility
Partner with the Legacy marketing team to execute community marketing plans
Support social media content, Google review strategies, and promotional materials
Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand standards
Maintain inventory of tour kits and promotional materials
Referral & Community Outreach

Track outreach activity and events in the Marketing Health Board
Serve as a central referral resource for families and professionals
Leadership & Collaboration
