What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills) * High school diploma or GED. * Active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration required. * A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service setting OR one (1) year of experience in specialty pharmacy. * Prior authorization experience required. * Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology. * Benefit investigation experience preferred. * Excellent communication skills. * Basic computation skills. * Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred. * Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency. * RMA or CMA certified preferred, but not required.
