The Thermal Lab Customer Coordinator is a customer care role, focused on assuring the effective management of Vertiv guests in terms of logistics, assistance, and providing reception service for the location and supports both internal & external customers. Complete annual competency assessments. Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Prefer previous medical terminology experience and/or education. Must also demonstrate a strong history of dependability and customer service skills. Safety & Physical Demands: Work with biohazards and hazardous chemicals; follow safety, health, and PPE protocols. Complete safety training and evaluations promptly; promote and respond to safety concerns. Efficiently process specimens; maintain composure under stress. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and procedural accuracy. Pay close attention to detail and deadlines; follow instructions precisely. Physically able to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend frequently. Stay focused and distraction-free during extended tasks.
