The Palliative Medicine Division at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, within the Department of Medicine, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our interdisciplinary team. The division comprises four advanced practitioners and five board certified palliative medicine physicians from diverse specialties including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Neurology-along with five additional members of the interdisciplinary team who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive, patient centered care. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant in the Department of Critical Care will care for patients in a variety of ICU service lines including Cardiothoracic/Transplant ICU, Neuroscience ICU and Abdominal Transplant/Surgical ICU.
