What Will You Do?
As an Administrative Intake Support Specialist at Pine Rest, you'll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. This position provides intake phone triage, customer reception, registration, external courtesy communication and completes admission in accordance with patient needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionally and calmly handles crisis calls to determine appropriate next steps in the assessment process.
Complete phone triage intake for all HRS admission referrals.
Reviews/monitors/collects program data, providing evaluation to enhance data.
Works effectively and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to insure excellent patient experience.
Performs related office duties such as patient registration, insurance verification and courtesy phone calls.
Able to manage and implement emergency procedures for the entire organization.
Manage switchboard operations for the entire organization, directing customers to the requested persons.
Orient patient to assessment process and complete admission paperwork.

Education/Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent knowledge, skills, experience and abilities required.

About the unit:
Lotus is a secured treatment program that provides intensive community transition services for youth aged 11-17. Designed to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, emotional stabilization, and self-sufficiency skills to ultimately help participants live in a more independent setting
The starting rate for this role is $20-$22 per hour base, depending on relevant education & experience. Upon competition of training, additional premiums and shift differentials will be added on to the base rate.
What Will you Do?
As a Behavioral Health Professional at Pine Rest, you'll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. Under general supervision and according to departmental policies and procedures and within the individual plan of care performs the role of physical and emotional care given to clients with mental illness and/or developmental delays. Is responsible to actively participate in safety management, milieu management, crisis intervention and prevention. The Behavioral Health Professional must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about the program and the Pine Rest organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides a safe and secure environment for persons served and staff in both individual and group settings.
Collaborates in day-to-day planning/development of person served programming and implementation of programs.
May assist persons served with personal care. This can include bathing, shaving, washing hands, styling hair, using the bathroom, dressing, etc.)
Is responsible to actively participate in safety management, crisis intervention and prevention. This also may include monitoring, assessment, de-escalation, implementation of restrictive measures, and emergency psychiatric and medical care.
May be required to survey, document, and report and all safety repair and maintenance needs.
May perform household duties such as cleaning, cooking and laundry. Drives and escorts persons served to community outings and to appointments.
Documents all progress notes, medication administration, and any other relevant information, reporting any immediate concerns according to departmental policies and procedures.

Education/Experience:
Currently enrolled to obtain a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, with no less than 2 years (or 4 semesters) already completed.
Must become certified in CPR by the end of New Hire Orientation. Specifically, Basic Life Support in the Inpatient programs and CPR/AED/First Aid in Residential programs.
CNA certification or one to two years of college education is preferred.

What Will You Do?

Records staffing changes in appropriate logs and notifies units of staffing changes. Coordinates with Nursing Supervisors for necessary information.
Communicates staffing/scheduling issues and changes to Clinical Service Managers, Clinical Nursing Supervisors, and the Clinical Director.
Collaborates and makes recommendations to Clinical Service Managers on hiring needs.
Coordinates and develops HRS inpatient and Clinical Nursing Supervisors schedules.

As a Clinical Therapist at Pine Rest, you'll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. Within the framework of the organization is responsible to be a professional caregiver who provides assessment, counseling, treatment and gives referrals and advocacy services for patients. Is also responsible for upholding the highest quality care, keeping with all standards and bylaws set by government agencies as well as Pine Rest.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the interviewing of persons served and assessing them through mental status as well as reviewing records obtained from other patient care staff.
Selects and completes appropriate therapeutic interventions based upon clinical knowledge base and educational background (to include individual, group, family, experiential, and evidence based models).
Collaborates with other treatment team members regarding patients' progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions.
Ensures that medical record documentation protocols are complied with. Ensures that persons' served progress notes are entered into the medical records on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational and departmental procedures.
May coordinate services and community resources as needed and assist person's served in obtaining them.
What Does This Role Require?
Education/Experience:
Current state licensure in an accredited Master's level program in Social Work, limited license Psychologist or Professional Counseling.
Obtain and maintain in good standing certification commiserate with treatment provided.
Trained to work in the age group of the patient being served with annual continuing age specific education and demonstrated competence.
One to two years of postgraduate clinical experience.

What Does This Role Require?
Education/Experience:
Current state license or degree from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association..
Requires a Fully Licensed Psychologist
One to two years of postgraduate clinical experience in order to gain adequate understanding of PRCMHS policies and procedures and in order to develop skills in patient assessment, and development of treatment plans.
