Conduct start up and shut down of all processing plant systems efficiently and safely. 4. Coordinate and communicate with operators and Shift Lead from the preceding shift and following shift as to work assignments, relaying all messages and instructions. 5. Maintain and keep accurate records to produce alcohol and distiller's grain. 6. Complete the required cleaning of all plant systems. 7. Communicate any and all problems with equipment to the Shift Lead and assist with the repair and maintenance of production equipment. 8.
