Your Impact
In this position, you'll be accountable for:
Providing on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of copiers, printers, and MFPs in line with Canon's Service and Parts Standards.
Identifying and reporting product failure trends and serviceability issues to management, with accurate documentation.
Maintaining up-to-date technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
Meeting customer needs by delivering efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance in the field, shop, or on-site.
Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and dependable support.
Ensuring machines perform reliably and supporting your team in reaching branch/district performance targets.

Do you meet these requirements?
- Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Possess a basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
- Ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $19.00 - 26.31 hourly.
This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.

**_Field Installer Job Description:_**
Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, and modifies imaging equipment on-board US Navy submarines. Performs maintenance and technical support activities at customer and/or field locations for imaging system and subsystem equipment and software. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time. Removes, upgrades, and installs engineering field changes to equipment. Maintains positive communications and relations with the end customer. Provides onsite training of customer personnel as needed.
Provides technical services in support of, but not limited to, the AN/BVY-1 Integrated Submarine Imaging System for US Navy submarines. Field Support Technician responsible for the introduction of the latest technology to the US Navy Submarine Fleet. Provide services following our customer's direction to perform Fleet/NAVSEA tasking including system removal and installation, system software/hardware support, on-board troubleshooting (including fiber optic and system networking support), corrective maintenance actions, and on-board maintenance training. Work requires personnel to be travelling approximately 50% of the time.
**_Field Installer Required skills:_**
· Journeyman level knowledge or better in Server Base Processors and Networks.
· Must be a self-starter able to work independently with little supervision.
· Possess excellent communication and writing skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
**_Field Installer Highly Desirable Skills:_**
· Prefer a USN Submarine Electronics or Sonar Technician with experience across multiple platforms and systems.
· Operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills for a variety of platforms to include Los Angeles, SSGN, and Virginia Class sub-systems.
· Fiber Optic Certification.

Key Responsibilities:
Cannabis Sampling Technician:

Ensure samples are stored and transported under the required environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) to maintain sample integrity.

Accurately record transportation details, including departure and arrival times, vehicle condition, and any deviations from the standard transportation protocol.
Properly label and package samples for transportation, preventing contamination and ensuring traceability.

Enter sample information into the laboratory information system (LIMS) software accurately and promptly.
Verify and update product and batch information as necessary.
