The Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Mid-Level Renewables Planner to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our downtown Fort Collins office.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Supporting environmental, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and renewable permitting projects on private and public lands and communities throughout Colorado, Arizona, and other western states.
Act as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Specialist for multi-disciplinary projects such as solar and wind energy applications to federal, state, and local governments, or reviewing applications on their behalf. This includes coordinating, preparing, and performing quality control reviews on county-level Conditional Use and 1041 (in Colorado) applications, state-level approvals such as Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity or Certificates of Environmental Compatibility, or federal Right-of-Way applications.
Work will include researching and writing existing condition reports, mapping, coordinating project management activities, local ordinances, NEPA, supporting public involvement activities, developing permit applications, executing permitting strategies, and performing other duties as required.
Occasional out-of-state travel to visit project sites and attend public outreach events should be anticipated.
What Youll Bring:
Masters degree in Biology, Community Planning, Law, Anthropology, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or closely related field; or, a Bachelors degree plus additional years of experience in lieu of a Masters degree.
5+ years of related experience in a consulting or agency setting.
Proven technical expertise in preparing applications and/or NEPA analyses for solar, wind, transmission, or energy projects.
Strong writing skills associated with land use, zoning, or NEPA. AICP certified planner preferred.
Excellent written/verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills, and public speaking
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and quality control a must!
Ability to synthesize and present complex ideas through text and graphics.
Ability to multitask and be able to adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Self-starters with an eye for detail, a dedication to accuracy, and a passion for incorporating best practices and more importantly identifying and testing new planning ideas, practices, and technologies, are encouraged to apply.

Compensation This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and education.

The salary range for this position is $75,435 - $109,543
The actual salary offered for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidates qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Associate Healthcare Planner to join our team. In this role, you will manage all phases of the planning process for small-scale healthcare projects, working closely with a Senior Healthcare Planner. Responsibilities
Review project documents to ensure quality, coordination, and compliance with deliverable requirements across all phases
Collaborate with project team and clients to review and approve changes
Ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases in collaboration with the design team

Draft meeting minutes and professional correspondence
Support senior healthcare planner in supervising and delegating work
Work with staff to achieve project objectives and resolve planning issues alongside the project manager during construction document preparation

ESA seeks a highly motivated mid-level CEQA/NEPA Environmental Planner with 5+ years of experience in CEQA and/or NEPA analysis and documentation to join our Community Development Business Group as part of our Central Valley Environmental Planning Team. This is an exempt, full-time, salary, remote-flexible role. Preference given to candidates within a commutable distance to our ESA Sacramento Office for hybrid in-office collaboration as-needed. What You Will Do for ESA
As a CEQA/NEPA Planner, you will serve as project manager for moderately complex and be an integral part of the project management team for more complex projects. You will be a contributing author for CEQA and NEPA documents for public and private sector clients.
Within the Northern California Community Development Group, you will become integrated into multiple project teams focused on the planning and assessment of built environment projects (including, but not limited to, land use plans, residential, mixed use, commercial, industrial, sports entertainment, recreation, and transportation related projects). Depending on the project team's needs you will conduct research in specific or general project areas, including such topics as adopted plans, policies, and regulations, and other published information. While you will work primarily with the Community Development Group, you will have opportunity to engage in work with other ESA teams such as Water, Airports, and Energy Resources, as well as engage in data collection and analysis with technical practices such as biological/cultural resources and hydrology data collection teams.
You will be responsible for managing the task or project delivery schedule, managing logistics, disseminating, and maintaining related information and resources, managing budget tracking and invoicing, meeting with team members to gauge progress toward task completion, and responding to team member or client questions about assigned tasks or projects.

The Corporate Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining master production schedules across multiple plants and product lines to ensure on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with customer demand. This role serves as a key link between demand planning, manufacturing operations, procurement, and supply chain leadership, driving planning excellence at the enterprise level.
Position Outcomes: To perform the job successfully, an individual must accomplish the following position objectives:
* Develop production plans in order to meet customer requirements and achieve 95% OTD
* Maintain the integrity of the data within a MRP system from a planning aspect
* Assist master planner in managing inventory levels to improve working capital while meeting customer needs
* Achieve Schedule attainment targets through the coordination of work center activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Properly execute planning through our ERP for CT01 and NJ01
* Create, review, amend, and maintain attainable and effective material and production plans
* Work in conjunction with Customer Service, Sales, Production and Purchasing to support the production plan.
* Review and plan transfer orders to subsidiary sites.
* Attend the daily manufacturing execution meeting and follow-up on any open action items from the meeting.
* Align production capacity with customer demand, inventory targets, and revenue goals.
* Work with customer service to manage customer order priority.
* Provide production completion dates to customer service for expedites and one off orders.
* Evaluate and maintain safety stock levels.
* Update/manage lead times in Syteline.
* Assist production to establish proper Kanban levels and where they should be located.
* Participate in developing best practices for the planning department.
* Support and execute continuous improvement in all processes of the planning department with focus on lean manufacturing.
* Communicate with document control group to insure BOM and Route accuracy in order to manage a capacity planning.
* Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) by providing inputs on production feasibility.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related supply chain management field
* 5 years minimum experience in production planning
* Working knowledge of an ERP/MRP system in a manufacturing and/or E-Commerce environment
* Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement teams and activities
* APICS certification preferred (CPIM/CSCP)

We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Environmental Planner to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our downtown Tempe, Arizona office.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Supporting new and existing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) projects on public lands and communities throughout Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah, New Mexico, and other western states.
Assist with Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) projects.
Assisting with multi-disciplinary projects such as transportation, electric utility, and renewable energy projects for federal, state, and local land managers.
Researching and writing sections of NEPA documents, management plans, existing condition/environmental considerations reports, supporting public involvement activities, and preparing meeting summaries.
Occasional out-of-state travel to visit project sites and attend public outreach events.
Provide administrative support for environmental projects.
Other responsibilities as required, commensurate with experience.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Biology, Planning, Anthropology, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Studies, or closely related field.
2+ years of related Environmental Planning experience in a consulting or agency setting.
Strong writing skills associated with natural resources and/or NEPA.
Knowledge of environmental planning focused on federal regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to synthesize and present complex ideas through text and graphics.
Ability to multitask and be able to adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average, as applicable.
