We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Registration Specialist to support our expanding global event strategy. This contract role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of event registration using Splashthat, ensuring accurate and timely invite management across regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Splashthat Page Creation
Build and configure event registration pages in Splashthat.
Ensure branding, content, and registration logic align with event goals.
2. Lead Management
Monitor and manage registrant data daily throughout the event lifecycle (3-4 weeks per event).
Perform data entry, validation, and cleanup to ensure data accuracy.
3. Automated Event Communications
Set up and manage automated email reminders and confirmations.
Ensure timely delivery of communications to registrants.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Consertus seeks an experienced Project Control Scheduler for a full-time hybrid position supporting PG&E projects. The Project Controls Scheduler will support electric transmission and distribution substation projects, working closely with Project Managers and other functional teams. This role requires reporting to PG&E offices in the Bay Area a few times a week. In addition, this position is W2 and on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities include developing project schedules and cash flow/forecast plans, using the cost and schedule plan to determine the achievability of project objectives, and creating, maintaining, and updating monthly forecast budgets. Manage orders from inception through completion and all required documentation is entered in the current software system (Ex: EDMS).
Resolve all open items, ensure compliance requirements are met, and settlement rules are entered, and close out order.
Maintain scope change, contingency release, change order, and journal entry logs.
Maintain written and electronic project documentation and records for required aspects of the project.
Maintain project files by established guidelines and requirements (Ex: utilizing the electronic document management system or EDMS)
Document change order requests, project status, key issues, risks and resolution, priority changes, and approvals.

Quality and Analysis:

Financial and Performance Management:

Qualifications
Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and specifications.
Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning activities, and mission-critical environments.
Ability to produce detailed concept-level schedules from limited project information.
Skilled in schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, and integrated reporting.
Proficiency in Tableau for visual reporting.
Experience with cost and resource-loaded scheduling and integration with project controls systems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable in client-facing roles.
