The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Handle all front desk related activities including:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Check members into the system.
New member sign-up.
Take prospective members on tours.
Facilitate needed updates to members accounts.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Close shift for that business day.
Create a bank deposit for next day.
Qualifications/Requirements
Customer service background preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
A passion for fitness and health.
Upbeat and positive attitude!
Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the members expectations.

The Radiology Coordinator supervises, coordinates and oversees the daily operations, workflow, customer service and quality control of imaging services within the Urgent Care modality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provides patient care essential to imaging procedures. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures and in accordance with the health system policies, protocols and standards.
Function as a Medical Assistant to room patients; obtain vitals, reconcile medications, and interview patients to identify chief complaints.
Provides a high level of expertise to mentor staff/students and problem solving.
Perform regular QC checks and coordinate machine maintenance as needed.
Perform regular QA checks for each technician. Provide coaching and additional training when necessary.
Address and record any errors or incidents with technicians.
Acts as liaison between the Radiology Department and Urgent Care clinics to ensure up to date practice for all techs.
Using initiative, good judgment and technical expertise to perform a wide-range of imaging procedures. Acts as a positive role model/mentor for staff and students in demonstrating good behaviors, interpersonal relations and promotes a high degree of morale.
Applies the principles of teamwork in all aspects of providing patient services.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing
State of Connecticut License/Eligible

Three to five years experience as Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT, RDMS, NMTCB etc) required.
One to three years leadership experience including coaching and counseling staff, and developing staff schedules.

Assists with standardization and updates procedures, quality of images, competency and training of staff, quality control and quality assurance for Piedmont Healthcare hospital echocardiography laboratories. Assesses the educational needs and competencies of cardiac sonographer staff and develops, schedules, coordinates, and conducts educational programming for new and existing staff. Oversees the Residency Program. Assists with and provides clinical supervision and evaluation of patient care related to echocardiography. Available to perform inpatient and/or outpatient cardiac ultrasound testing to include 2D echo / Doppler, stress exams, and transesophageal echocardiograms as well as other duties assigned by manager or director. Provides complex technical care with the use of ultrasound technology for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and provides all necessary documentation and preliminary exam findings. Must have excellent understanding of structural heart procedures as they relate to echocardiography. Must also have full understanding of the use of 3D cardiac ultrasound.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee Residency Program
a. Assists with activities related to echocardiography laboratory accreditation for Piedmont Healthcare hospitals to ensure compliance to IAC standards.
b. Assists with monitoring and reporting on quality metrics identified by Piedmont Healthcare and associated with IAC standards.
c. Compile physician and sonographer competency / registry and CME attendance records.
d. Routinely review cardiac sonographer exams as part of a formal quality assurance program.
2. Training and Education
a. Assess the educational needs and competencies of cardiac sonographer staff and interns and develop, schedule, coordinate, and conduct educational programming for new and existing staff to improve quality of care and reduce variation in workflow.
b. Maintain an up to date knowledge of echocardiography trends and best practice and conduct, participate in, facilitate, and utilize research to foster evidence-based practice.
c. Provide clinical supervision and evaluation of patient care related to echocardiography.
d. Attend and participate in echocardiography leadership activities.
e. Quality/Innovation on echo protocols, policies and procedures f. Maintain relationships with technical colleges and oversee student interns.
3. Clinical Support
a. Perform patient evaluations including verifying patient identity, reviewing the medical record for orders and prior studies, and addressing patient questions and concerns.
b. Perform echocardiograms including 2D / Doppler with and without contrast, dobutamine stress and exercise stress echo exams, and transesophogeal echocardiograms according to protocol.
c. Complete appropriate documentation, post processing, and preliminary findings in the medical record and cardiovascular PACS system.
d. Acquire and maintain training and competency in electronic health record system as required to perform duties.
e. Maintain personal competency file if applicable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
• Skill and competency in performing detailed cardiac ultrasound studies. • Skill and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Proficient in Microsoft windows-based computer software. • Experience with electronic health records and cardiovascular PACS systems. • Ability to work as a member of a team. • Demonstrated clinical expertise and interest and ability in providing education. • Self-starter with outstanding organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of registry approved ultrasound college according to CAAHEP.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Seven (7) years clinical experience as a registered cardiac sonographer.

CCU also cares for congestive heart failure and arrhythmia patients. We do bedside transesophageal echocardiograms and cardioversions, remove chest tubes and central lines, and so much more.

9 Kaufman is a 24-bed stepdown intermediate care unit that specializes in vascular surgery, telemetry and renal/pancreas transplant patients. 9 Kaufman is part of the Surgical Specialty Team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital (SNGH). Staffing is comprised of RNs, LPNs, NCPs (nursing care partners) and UAs (unit ambassadors) and CSAs (clinical support associates).
What we do:
Some of 9 Kaufman's vascular surgeries include aortic aneurysm repair, carotid endarterectomy, femoral bypass surgeries and amputations. 9 Kaufman is an extension of the renal/pancreas transplant team to include the outpatient transplant center and all the nurses on 9 Kaufman are specially trained and can sit for the PCCN certification which we will help you obtain. All the beds on 9 Kaufman are monitored beds. 9 Kaufman cares for a variety of patients with telemetry needs, providing an environment conducive to extensive learning and skill development. Department/Position Overview:
Sentara Leigh Hospital Intensive Care Unit, AACN Gold Beacon Award recipient, is comprised of 20 licensed critical care beds and has an average daily census of 18 patients. Staffing ratios vary and can be 1:1 to 1:3 with 1:2 being the usual assignment.
The ICU RN's are required to have a wide array of knowledge, skill and ability to competently and safely provide critical care to our patients. Frequent ongoing education, new skill acquisition and skill validation are provided and supported by an experienced ICU CNS for new and experienced ICU nurses. Newly hired RN's will have between 2-14 weeks of orientation depending on prior experience. Our preceptors are purposely selected for their teaching ability and formally trained to meet the training needs of new staff. Specific attention is provided for new graduate ICU RN's as they participate in our Vizient AACN Nurse Residency Program and AACN's essentials of Critical Care Orientation online education. Experienced RN's are encouraged and supported with educational and financial assistance to achieve critical care certification.
ICU staff are supported by an interdisciplinary care team which in part includes unit based respiratory, physical, speech and occupational therapists. Interpreter, nutrition, palliative, chaplaincy and ethical services are readily available as well. Our ICU has onsite and eICU pulmonary critical care intensivists and their team of physician extenders 24/7. Physician lead, nurse driven interdisciplinary rounds are held daily for continuity of care and to address nursing's concerns or questions. These rounds are made educational and even fun at times by our very engaged intensivist MD's.

Responsibilities include registering patients for the Emergency Department, and/or various registration areas of the hospital. The Patient Access Team Leader also assists the Team Coordinator and department leadership by serving as registration system super-user, taking on-call rotation during the week and on the weekends, participating in the interviewing process, preparing and reviewing reports, performing QA audits, mentoring and training staff, managing department supply levels, and participating in meetings and workgroups. The Team Lead is required to meet the written requirements and competency to serve as a preceptor and to provide department orientation. Job Summary:
• Demonstrates a knowledge of management and clinical skills essential to the smooth and efficient operation of the Robotic and General specialty services.
• Supervises RNs, Surgical Technicians, Clinical Assistants and ancillary staff in the performance of their daily duties in the surgical suite.
• Maintains equipment and instrumentation within specialty area.
• Maintains constant communication with the Anesthesiologist of the day and Assistant Nurse Manager to expedite turnover times and ensure on-time starts.
• Functions as Charge Nurse when needed.
• Makes assessment of daily schedules as it relates to adequate staff and equipment.
• Continuously plans actions necessary to maintain the smooth flow of schedule, making allowances of emergency procedures or problems that may impede the movement of the procedures.
• Maintains communication with the Anesthesiologist of the day and respective surgeons of delays or situations that might impact their schedule.
• Evaluates procedures continually to ensure that the entire surgical suite runs smoothly.
