Must Have

Job Summary
Performs quality control inspections in all aspects of operations, checks, and test during the manufacture of products. Inspect incoming materials, and products at different stages of production. Records observations and make recommendations for improving processes.
Essential Functions
* Responsible for all activities involving quality inspections and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements;
* Conduct inspection and testing related to:
â–º Incoming product.
â–º First article.
â–º In-process.
â–º Final.
* Initiate nonconformance reports (NCR).
* Performs all aspects of testing related to manufacturing.
o Incoming inspections
o In-process inspection.
o Final Inspection release of finished goods.
o Document review.
o Supports cross functional departments investigate potential non-conformance's observed
* Ensures that all inspections and procedures are properly completed and documented.
* Perform pre and post-inspection of product gamma irradiation process.
* Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and communicate results to all pertinent parties.
* Initiate nonconformance reports (NCR) for all non-conforming material identified throughout operations
* Prepare and submit Metrics reports to the quality supervisor or QC lead
* Comply with all safety requirements ensuring work areas meet standards.
* May be required to report to multiple facilities within a 2-mile radius.

Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in quality control inspections.
Required Experience & Competencies

What You Will Do as a Quality Inspector:
Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, indicators, comparators, and precision gages.
Operate touch probe/vision coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for verification (no programming required).
Compare parts against specified dimensions, tolerances, and finish requirements.
Inspect for size, surface finish, overall appearance, and other critical features.

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for managing quality against the three stages of production (before, in process and final repairs) of vehicles in accordance with factory and county specifications as well as ensuring vehicles are repaired per estimate and according to county standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Review approved estimates/supplements against repaired vehicle
Notify management of any additional repairs needed
Maintain all safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirators, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer

Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management

How You'll Make an Impact
Dudek is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual for an as-needed, Qualified Stormwater Practitioner (QSP) certified, Storm Water Inspector. The selected individual will assist with inspecting construction project(s) for compliance with Storm water regulations, particularly the California Construction General Permit. The Storm Water Inspector is responsible for ensuring site compliance with the California NPDES Construction General Permit, the project's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and any other applicable requirements (e.g. Dewatering Permits, etc.). This is a field position requiring the majority of the work hours to be spent in the field at project sites.
This position is a variable hour position and hours worked will vary week to week, depending on project needs. This position is for a minimum of 2 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct routine, pre-storm, storm event and post-storm inspections as specified in the SWPPP
Trouble-shoot site compliance and BMP issues
Communicate site/BMP issues and inspection results with construction and client personnel
Collect storm water and non-storm water samples
Conduct field analyses of samples, as needed
Verify site compliance with SWPPP, maps and permit conditions
Complete, maintain and submit SWPPP reporting forms
Advise project management of BMP implementation and other compliance issues
Facilitate and lead SWPPP-related training and other relevant communications for project staff
Minimum Qualifications
A QSP certification is required
Strong MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet skills
Familiarity with Best Management Practice (BMP) and NPDES regulation knowledge
Familiarity with construction job sites and plans
Familiarity with field sampling equipment
Capable of field work and walking on difficult terrain
Must meet company defined, pre-employment, random, and annual alcohol/drug screen*

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections of precision components and assemblies to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry standards. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong mechanical inspection background and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components and assemblies.
Execute and document AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI) per customer and internal requirements.
Develop and follow inspection plans, ensuring all results are properly recorded.
Identify and document nonconforming parts and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Maintain detailed records, including inspection reports, part history folders, and supporting documentation.
Calibrate, maintain, and document inspection tools and measurement equipment.
Conduct visual inspections, hardness testing, and electrical conductivity testing.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics using precision measuring tools.
Use inspection instruments such as calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical comparators, and thickness gauges.
Follow all safety and quality procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional tasks and special inspections as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of experience as a Final or Receiving Inspector in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Certification in Mechanical Inspection required; certifications in CMM, Hardness, or EC testing preferred.
Strong knowledge of GD&T, aerospace standards, and quality codes.
Skilled in precision measurement and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical comparators, etc.).
Familiarity with Six Sigma principles preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and quality inspection systems.
Dependable, team-oriented, and flexible to work overtime or across shifts as needed.
**Please note that the role is open to negotiate higher than $28 /hr, depending on experience**

How You'll Make an Impact
Dudek is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual for an as-needed, Qualified Stormwater Developer (QSD) certified, Storm Water Inspector. The selected individual will assist with inspecting construction project(s) for compliance with Storm water regulations, particularly the California Construction General Permit. The Storm Water Inspector is responsible for ensuring site compliance with the California NPDES Construction General Permit, the project's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and any other applicable requirements (e.g. Dewatering Permits, etc.). This is a field position requiring the majority of the work hours to be spent in the field at project sites.
This position is a variable hour position and hours worked will vary week to week, depending on project needs. This position is for a minimum of 2 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct routine 30-day QSD, semi-annual QSD, pre-storm, storm event, and post-storm inspections as specified in the SWPPP
Trouble-shoot site compliance and BMP issues
Communicate site/BMP issues and inspection results with construction and client personnel
Collect storm water and non-storm water samples
Conduct field analyses of samples, as needed
Verify site compliance with SWPPP, maps and permit conditions
Complete, maintain and submit SWPPP reporting forms
Advise project management of BMP implementation and other compliance issues
Facilitate and lead SWPPP-related training and other relevant communications for project staff
Minimum Qualifications
A QSD certification is required
Strong MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet skills
Familiarity with Best Management Practice (BMP) and NPDES regulation knowledge
Familiarity with construction job sites and plans
Familiarity with field sampling equipment
Capable of field work and walking on difficult terrain
Must meet company defined, pre-employment, random, and annual alcohol/drug screen*
Must possess a valid driver's license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment.
* As a federal contractor, successful candidates are required to pass the following pre-employment requirements prior to beginning employment: pre-employment drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
Four (4) or more years of field storm water and/or construction experience, inspection experience preferred
A QSD certification is required
Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI) certification (recommended but not required) or an equivalent qualified compliance inspector certification from EnviroCert International, Inc., or CISEC, Inc. or an equivalent accredited agency
Hold a valid Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) credential or an equivalent qualified compliance inspector certification from EnviroCert International, Inc., or CISEC, Inc. or an equivalent accredited agency (preferred not required)
Access to a 4WD vehicle for use during inspections (preferred not required). If a 4WD vehicle is required for a specific site inspection, one can be provided
Compensation: $35-$60 hourly*
*Final agreed-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. **Compensation for the Site Inspector Includes:**
+ Salary range of $85,000 - $125,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
