The RC will report directly to the Director of Recreation. The RC will report any changes in participants conditions to the DR, Program Director, or Director of Nursing. The RC will also help participants with completing activities of daily living while at the Center.
Qualified Candidates should have experience working with individuals with dementia as well as experience working in a recreation/programming setting. Ideal education for candidates could include studies in recreation therapy, art therapy, music therapy, gerontology, etc. CTRS preferred.
