Job Overview
As a member of our Counseling and Wellness Centers, you will provide outpatient counseling, including individual, group and family therapy, to children, adolescents, and adults. Program Info
Our Counseling and Wellness Centers offer weekly mental health counseling to children, teens, families, and adults as well as parenting and psychiatric services. Individual therapy is offered as well as family therapy, group therapy, and medication management. Acenda is now accepting new clients for counseling services both in-person and via telehealth-a remote phone or online therapy & counseling solution. Medicaid, Aetna, AmeriHealth, and other insurances accepted.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment
• Collaborate with Acenda team members to implement evidence-based services
• Provide assessment and clinical treatment interventions to persons who are experiencing mental health concerns
• Demonstrate an ability to formulate diagnoses using a structured intake process, utilizing outcome measures throughout treatment, and creating treatment plans collaboratively with clients based on evidence-based services.
Requirements:

Location, Work Arrangement, and Travel:

Approximately 10-15% travel associated with this position.
Salary Range:
$118,980.00 - $195,465.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

The Group Medical Director (GMD) has medical oversight of multiple markets within the organization with combined revenues of up to $150MM.
The incumbent has the ultimate responsibility for translation of organizational objectives into market-specific objectives that instill a clinician-driven culture, promote clinician engagement and retention, and yield strong fiscal performance. A GMD frequently travels to hospitals to evaluate and mentor medical leaders and address concerns. As a GMD, you will:
Identify, oversee and develop medical leaders (Medical Directors and their ER Service Team Leads) to ensure optimal clinician productivity and engagement. Responsible for creating a clinician-driven culture in assigned markets.
Serve as high-level representative and champion of BluePearl mission and vision in all interactions within the organization and external veterinary community.
Partner with field leaders to effectively communicate and cascade key initiatives impacting medical staff.
Foster a collaborative and trusting relationship between the support team and hospitals.
Partner with field leaders to ensure appropriate productivity levels and growth plans for clinicians and hospitals, including maximizing technical teams.
Monitor reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts hospital leaders of cost and labor over run. Partners with field leaders, finance and P&O to assess concerns and implement solutions.
Own the success of on-site visit process for DVM candidates in assigned markets, ensures onboarding and mentoring of new BluePearl Clinicians through BluePearl Mentorship Program.
Ensure standards for medical quality, patient safety reporting, equipment, and clinician productivity/performance are met.
Partner with assigned Vet Relations team to collaborate on pDVM referral strategies that impact assigned markets.
Oversee and encourage support of continuing education programs across assigned markets and ensures programs sufficiently develop and engage technicians and clinicians to deliver remarkable care to patients.
Monitor reports on medical occurrences, patient safety and client experience and partners with stakeholders as needed to ensure swift resolution, improvements, and/or coaching as needed.
Work collaboratively with the BluePearl Support Team to develop solutions for escalated concerns and influences medical leaders to shape adoption and ensure effectiveness of resolutions.
Travel around 50% to ensure in-person leadership and mentoring in hospitals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree and DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) required.
Completion of 1-year rotating internship required.
May be Emergency Clinician or board-certified Specialty Clinician.
7+ years of leadership experience required (previously overseeing multiple sites or revenues exceeding $25MM preferred.)

- Enter any missed build information into the software for the doctor to be able to utilize during and after the appointment.

- Identify and confirm that all relevant worksheets and diagnostics were added during the build process as requested by the VA.

Basic Purpose: The Finance Manager performs quantitative analyses and business partnering for the Pathology & Medical Services group as well as for the various teams supporting Corporate Finance. The role assists with various projects and ad hoc requests required to manage the day-to-day operations of AmeriPath and the broader Pathology business.
Responsibilities:
* Support Field Operations and Managing Directors in providing financial insights and analytical support. This includes but is not limited to: client profitability analysis and contract review, medical practice forecasts and profitability reviews (including cost of testing analytics), volume analysis and reporting, annual AOP preparation and budgeting, pricing and billing analysis, integration analysis, month end variance analysis and reporting, and physician compensation plan analysis and reporting.
* Ownership of multiple practice P&Ls and Balance Sheets. Partner with practice leadership to develop business plans, OM expansion initiatives, and detail analysis/proformas of current and future state profitability.
* Partner with Regional Finance Directors and Corporate Finance to ensure full view understanding of AmeriPath practice results and key drivers. This includes creating month end variance analyses, participation on regional calls, integration analyses, outlooks, AOP and other ad hoc requests.
* Advance insights for better decision making, including the further development of reporting for the Integration of the Legacy Quest Pathology business and AmeriPath/Dermpath practices.
* Drive special projects and strategic initiatives to further growth in the Pathology business.
* Assist in the annual budgeting process as well as monthly financial forecasting. Gain understanding of variances and articulate drivers to various levels of management. This may be through email, financial calls, or on-site meetings.
* Calculate and administer physician compensation calculations. Ensure accuracy to contract and timeliness of payments. Develop modeling of compensation plan changes and initiatives as requested.
* Assist Centralized Accounting with month-end close, as required. Tasks range from the generation of various journal entries and trend analysis to the generation of financial reports. Participate in pre close and post close call discussions and advise on necessary changes and updates.
* Monitor, review and approve capital spend verses budget. Assisting with ROI analysis on large projects. Processing capital requests including obtaining matrix approvals, generating capital tracking numbers and notifying Asset Management when assets are placed in service. Facilitating asset transfers and disposals.
* Develop reporting to provide field with information required to make key business decisions. Assist with business cases and financial analysis to support business decisions.
