Key Responsibilities * Provide onsite and remote support for IT and OT infrastructure in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. * Participate in on-call rotation schedule. * Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of critical systems, including MES and enterprise platforms. * Support the setup and troubleshooting of systems involving Nutanix virtualization, Veeam Backup, Microsoft Server OS, and Microsoft Azure. * Help administer Microsoft infrastructure technologies not limited to: Azure AD/Entra ID, M365, Active Directory, MFA, and PKI environments. * Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement infrastructure improvements. * Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. * Follow IT security best practices and assist in identifying potential vulnerabilities. * Participate in infrastructure projects and contribute to planning and documentation. * Maintain accurate system documentation, including backup and recovery procedures. * Track and report on IT tasks and KPIs as directed. * Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. * Be an escalation point for the IT Solution Center Help Desk. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. * 2-4 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure environments. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Server administration and Active Directory. * Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365. * Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic command-line usage. * Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper-V. * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, NTP). * Experience with backup and recovery tools like Veeam is a plus. * Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. * Experience implementing and supporting MFA solutions. * Understanding of PKI concepts and hands-on experience with certificate management. * Knowledge of NTP configuration and troubleshooting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to group problem-solving and decision-making. * Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to tackling new challenges. * Comfortable working with rapidly changing priorities and ambiguity.
