Works on problems of limited scope requiring frequent interpretation of policies and guidelines.
Uses various information system tools to manage the integrated recruitment process, accurately entering data and generating reports. Maintains responsibility for all postings, applicant process, flow in the ATS and managing tasks from Talent Advisors in a timely manner.
Identifies process and procedure improvement opportunities. Serves on teams planning and implementing improvements. Assists with training on new processes and procedures. Makes decisions regarding own work within defined parameters, often limited and confined to routine matters. Manages all interview tools, including interview sample questions, scoring methods and other assets.
Works under direct supervision.

Responsibilities
This responsibility of the Staffing Coordinator will oversee staff scheduling and assist with screening job applicants for nursing services positions including: nursing aides, CNAs, QMAs, LPNs and Registered Nurses.
Collaborating with the DON or ADON in the recruitment, interviewing and selection of nursing services personnel.
Ensuring that adequate staff is available to meet the needs of the residents per facility policy and State Regulations. This includes assisting with the replacement of absent personnel and working to cover scheduling gaps;

Schedule Management
Create and maintain master schedules for residential programs, ensuring coverage for all shifts.
Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate vacancies, absences, and program needs.
Collaborate with Residence Managers, AVPs, and HR to fill open shifts promptly.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure schedules comply with DDD and agency regulations.
Review and validate staff schedules weekly for accuracy.
Prepare reports on staffing coverage, overtime, and compliance metrics.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries.
Communicate schedule changes to staff and management in a timely manner.

JOB CONDITIONS
