What You Will Do:
As a Visit RN, you'll provide hands-on care to patients in their homes-delivering skilled nursing care and making clinical decisions that directly impact a patient's health and independence. Whether developing or following a plan of care, you'll work collaboratively with case managers, physicians, social workers, and family caregivers to support optimal health outcomes.
This role is ideal for a nurse who is a strong communicator, critical thinker, and teacher-someone who enjoys working autonomously and appreciates the reward of caring for one patient at a time in a meaningful and personal way.
You Will:
* Deliver individualized nursing care to home health or hospice patients

We see approximately 900 patients annually. In additional to providing specialty services for women and children of all ages, the department also provides other services, such as, but not limited to, lactation and resolve through sharing (RTS) perinatal loss support. OMH Birthing Center has over 30 staff members working as RegisteredNurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Health Unit Clerks.

What You Will Do:
The Wound & Ostomy Nurse will function as part of the Wound Care program as a consultant to establish standards of care and clinical competence to meet the needs of each patient. The Wound & Ostomy will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients relative to their ostomy care, skin needs and wound care needs.

Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital (OMH) Birthing Center is a Level 1 community hospital unit with 12 LDRP's. The unit cares for a variety of populations, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, GYN, Pediatrics, and transitional newborn care in our Special Care Nursery. We see approximately 900 patients annually. In additional to providing specialty services for women and children of all ages, the department also provides other services, such as, but not limited to, lactation and resolve through sharing (RTS) perinatal loss support. OMH Birthing Center has over 30 staff members working as RegisteredNurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Health Unit Clerks.
Hours: This .9 FTE commits to 36 hours per week, schedule is three 12 hour night shifts 1900-0700. This position may float between both Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Waukesha Memorial Hospital locations. There is a weekend and holiday rotation.
This is not a seasonal or temporary position.

What You Will Do:
The Clinical Nurse is a competent practitioner who integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in the care of patients and families. Care is delivered using a deliberate, systematic approach and practice is guided by increasing awareness of patterns of patient responses in recurrent situations. These nurses demonstrate mastery of most technical skills, and begin to view clinical situations from a patient and family focus as they provide professional nursing care within clinical areas/campuses as required by staffing matrices. These nurses also supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate with educational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the person supervised.
The Clinical Nurse in the inpatient system float department is required to cover various units and all ProHealth Care hospitals.
What you will need:
Associate's Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Valid State of WI or eLC compact state RN license.
At least 6 months of hospital-based nursing experience.
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire if not current.

Schedule Details: Must commit to two 4 hour shifts from 7:00PM-11:00PM and two 8 hour shifts from 3:00PM-11:00PM per week. Must also be willing to commit to weekend and holiday rotations. This is a part-time position with a set schedule.
The Medical Unit at WMH is a fast paced, 53 bed unit serving a variety of patient populations. The staff here provide care for patients with a diagnosis of Sepsis, Acute/Chronic Respiratory conditions, including but not limited to: Trachs/Vents, Cellulitis, Urinary Tract infections, chronic conditions such as COPD, Heart Failure, Diabetes, patients on Dialysis, and acute drug and alcohol withdrawal. Our staff are also well prepared to care for medical patients with mental health conditions and those patients with Dementia. There are approximately 120 staff on the unit, including: RN's (tenured and new), CNA's, Nurse Interns, Health Unit Coordinators, Staff Development Specialist, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Charge Nurse, Assistant Manager, and Manager to provide full support to the staff.

What You Will Do:
The Clinical Nurse is a competent practitioner who integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in the care of patients and families. Care is delivered using a deliberate, systematic approach and practice is guided by increasing awareness of patterns of patient responses in recurrent situations. These nurses demonstrate a mastery of most technical skills and begin to view clinical situations from a patient and family focus as they provide professional nursing care within clinical areas/ campuses as required by staffing matrices. These nurses also supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate with educational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the person supervised.
What You Will Need:
Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Valid American Heart (AHA) Basic Life Support ( BLS) certification.

Consisting of 53 beds, the employees of 5MEDICAL serve a diverse population of patients such as those with respiratory diseases, infectious processes, complications of chronic conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, renal failure, diabetes, alcohol/opiate withdrawal and patients that require medical evaluation before transitioning to other care environments. * Orthopedic Care: Treat patients recovering from traumatic fractures, extremity injuries, and back pain, including post-surgical joint patients requiring safe and early mobilization.
* Neurology Care: Care for medical and surgical neurological patients, including stroke, movement disorders, traumatic brain and spinal injuries, and neurosurgical cases.
