Assist the Associate Broker (AB), Broker or Practice Group Leader in meeting the day-to-day technical and clerical needs of the department. Assist with servicing new and renewal business. Service active and expired policy files in accordance with established Brown & Riding values, goals, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
· Meet quality measurement goals by delivering high quality service in servicing assigned clients and accounts. Ensure all file activity meets or exceeds quality procedures with regard to timeliness, accuracy of policies, endorsements, subjectivities, and all other active and expired file correspondence and documentation
· Assist Associate Broker with submission process, as assigned
· Prepare Quotes and Confirmation of Coverage (Binders) as directed
· Policy Checking (Review policies to be sure that they are issued in accordance with what was bound with the carrier)
· Endorsements (Request policy changes, follow up for the endorsements, review for accuracy upon receipt, invoice, and transmit to agent)
· Manage and maintain suspenses (Pending Items that we are waiting for from retailers and carriers), including following up on items and escalating unresolved issues to the broker or AB when necessary
· Ensure Surplus Line documents are submitted correctly and on time
· Learn and increase system skills to improve efficiency
· Attend educational seminars, as required
· Produce and mail renewal letters with applications to customers when applicable
· Review renewal and/or new business information submitted by the customer and request supplemental or explanatory information if required, as directed
· Process certificates of insurance when applicable
Other Responsibilities:
· Provide input to departmental procedures
· Assist with accounting reconciliation projects
· Perform other work-related duties, as assigned
· Work closely with AB Team Lead and assigned Broker(s) in identifying other projects where skills, experience and knowledge can be utilized
· Assist in handling duties of team members, as appropriate, during absences
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
· 0-3 years insurance experience
· Willing and able to take insurance classes and attain designations relating to work in order to continually grow in position
· Exceptional organization, follow-up, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Possess an intuitive and proactive approach to business problems and solutions
· Exhibit good listening skills and a willingness to help and support others
· Advanced skill level in PC software (Word, Excel and other software, as required)
· Ability to be flexible in work schedule as needed
· Manage time to get the job done with minimal supervision
· Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
· Able to interact with a variety of personality styles
· Has or is able to secure the appropriate insurance license within the appropriate timeframe as determined by state requirements
Work Environment:
· Physical activities of job are within the normal expectations of an office environment where the amount of standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and other movements are within the control of the incumbent.
· Vision requirements are in the normal range, correctable with glasses or contacts, where color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception have no significant impact on job performance.
· Working environment is generally within the confines of an office where normal climate conditions support effective job performance. Some daily travel may include limited time spent outside in the elements as part of the normal commute.
· Risk of exposure to hazardous materials, electrical shock, explosives, radiation, vibration or airborne particles are at the extreme minimum. Protective clothing is usually not necessary to effective job performance or safety.

Department Information
Georgia Tech Arts operates the Ferst Center for the Arts and presents a professional performing arts season along with campus and community events. The Ferst Center is a multi-use presenting venue that hosts touring artists, residencies, lectures, institute meetings, student showcases, and rental events. Job Summary
To assist the Production Manager in providing efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous production support to all artists, clients, and groups connected to the Office of the Arts through presentations in the Ferst Center and/or artistic partnerships at other locations. Job Title: Digital Production Coordinator

Job Description:
The Digital Production Coordinator works within client's Outbound Messaging Platform to provide development, coding and deployment of subscriber newsletters as well as complex email marketing campaigns and related landing pages. This includes where appropriate, designing and documenting solutions to leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation and other sophisticated outbound messaging capabilities to maximize each program's success.
As required, this role also includes coding HTML emails, building template-based emails, and using our vendor's proprietary scripting language, automation and database tools to execute campaigns. In addition, this role is responsible for collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to test functionality and rendering quality for email solutions. Project management of email campaigns, including the scheduling, targeting, deployment and reporting of all email marketing campaigns.
Application of email best practices in daily campaigns
List management including data sanitation and suppression list management
Trafficking email campaign requests and campaign assets to meet launch deadlines and notifying appropriate parties as necessary
Creating and updating HTML code for daily newsletters and email marketing campaigns per best practices, and conducting quality assurance on all email elements
Creating and coding from layered Photoshop files
Maintain a working knowledge of current XHTML, CSS, web standards including W3C validation, cross browser and email application compatibility
Participate in development and improvement of tools and standards
Performing other technical duties that may include updating text, images, scaling, cropping, retouching and repositioning
Foster a collaborative working environment, and encourage new ideas from the team
Required Skills:
Associates/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of programming experience
Ability to work independently with minimal direction on multiple projects managing multiple customer schedules, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
In-depth understanding of scripting languages or programming experience, including HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office required
Knowledge of email best practices and current trends in mobile-first optimization
A strong understanding of integrated marketing communication
Ability to lead and effectively manage technical discussions
Ability to work in a MAC or PC environment
Desired (not required) Skills:
ExactTarget application experience
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with web site analytics such as Omniture a plus
Able to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

+ Works on processes within assigned department, including the insertion of materials, clamping, fitting parts, and use of some hand tools.
+ Cuts various materials to specific dimensions as required by fabrication spec sheet and uses a tape measure to determine length cuts, read work order spec sheets, and double check measurements for accuracy.
+ Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
+ Performs bench-type processes to complete material assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tools as required.
+ Notifies supervisor of any mechanical, material, or safety issues.
+ Attaches appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
+ Follows standard work methods, standard operating procedures, and job aides.
+ Packs finished goods into correct packages and boxes goods using assigned packing materials and places finished goods on designated pallet.

**Work Environment**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
+ Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
+ No travel required.
**Education and Experience**
+ HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Summary of Job
Follow a layout to place digital-cut vinyl or print full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.
Prepare substrates for vinyl application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
Weed excess vinyl from digital-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images.
Operate and maintain printing, cutting and laminating equipment
Perform quality assurance checks pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting work orders and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
Clean and maintain storage areas regularly
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas.
Other Important Responsibilities
Perform installations at customer locations or other off-site locations as necessary.
Communicate with other employees and customers calmly and professionally.
Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
