What You'll Be Doing: * Maintain the production line by packing products into required pack out as outlined in the Critical Quality Specifications * Perform specific job functions in a fast paced environment and possess/demonstrate the ability to make proper decisions based upon documented Work Instructions/Standard Operating Procedures. * Ensure the quality of the products being produced is to customer standard, performing visual inspections of all produced parts. * Meet or Exceed production throughput targets * Ensure the accuracy of the customer stickers on the boxes and packing requirements are followed according to Work Instructions/Standard Operating Procedures. * Maintain the operation of the production equipment in each department safely. * Maintain the cleanness of the production area: sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.… * Dump all trash containers, remove all unnecessary trash from tables, and ensure orderliness of production area and equipment * Assist other inspector/packers as directed by line technicians * Active in safety process. * Overtime required at times. We'd love to hear from you if: * Previous experience in packing/warehousing is extremely helpful * You have to have a "get it done" attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks. * To succeed in this role you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills * Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is needed. * You need to have working knowledge of our products and their quality requirements. * Being reliable, having good initiative, being committed, and being quality focused is a must. * You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. * Having the ability to effectively work with a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success. * You will need to have the ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions. * You will need to able to perform repetitious duties, including standing for long periods of time. * You will need to have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. * No prior manufacturing experience required. Ensure the quality of the products being produced is to customer standard, performing visual inspections of all produced parts. Meet or Exceed production throughput targets Ensure the accuracy of the customer stickers on the boxes and packing requirements are followed according to Work Instructions/Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain the operation of the production equipment in each department safely. Maintain the cleanness of the production area: sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.… Dump all trash containers, remove all unnecessary trash from tables, and ensure orderliness of production area and equipment Assist other inspector/packers as directed by line technicians Active in safety process. Overtime required at times.
