ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. Learn and apply sound safety processes and procedures for the operation and maintenance of high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-volume oil and gas flow regimes. Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety during facility and pad operations. Complete daily monitoring and review of gas production and oil inventory on the SCADA system to ensure efficiency, and plan daily activities such as work orders and regular checks, based on the information. Be responsible and accountable for managing all fluids on assigned route. Ensure oil run tickets are accurate by pulling and reviewing them daily. Identify non-routine issues and problem wells. Discuss improvements and implement the approved solution in a safe manner. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required) High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one (1) year of related experience.
