WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Payments Fraud Analytics Lead, leads the Bank's fraud prevention and risk management activities for payment systems to mitigate both the Bank's and our clients' exposure to potential fraudulent activities. The manager is responsible for evaluating industry, client and situational/threat trends by payment type, as well as cross-channel. This position is responsible for ongoing analytics and recommendations which are presented to senior executive management enterprise wide, and used to rapidly respond to emerging fraudulent activities. In addition, the manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Bank's Fraud Prevention analytics to support new products such as Zelle, as well as new product features such as increases to existing debit cards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop the Bank's payments fraud strategy to minimize the Bank's payments fraud losses.
Assess trends impacting payments fraud and provide real-time recommendations to mitigate potential fraud against the Bank and clients.
Define, formulate and create complex analytical models to assess payments fraud activities. Create models to assess payments fraud activity within a specific payment system and across payment systems.
Serve a Bank's Knowledge Expert on Payments Fraud and accountable for developing the Bank's Payments Fraud Strategy. Actively participate on key payments initiatives.
Create, test and implement rule criteria. Balance fraud prevention recommendations with client experience considerations. (note: Updates may be required on a 24/7/365 basis to prevent fraud.)
Analyze loss data and recommending/implementing appropriate loss prevention strategies. In addition, evaluate fraud cases and losses holistically to identify potential trends, and areas of improvement.
Participate actively participate in development of Fraud Policies and Risk Management activities, supporting a broad-spectrum of business units across the Bank.
Develop and produce executive key performance metrics and report to senior management and enterprise risk.
Create and deliver reports as requested by clients, implement state of the art analysis tools and forecast processes that ensure global delivery of actionable information as necessary.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in financial services experience with deep knowledge of payment systems. Demonstrated ability to work in an enterprise wide role and to lead through influence.
Minimum 3 years with fraud strategy and rule writing
Minimum 3 years of experience using reporting/query tools such as Brio, MS Query, MS Access, Excel, Crystal Reports or Business Objects and Falcon system/scoring.
Additional Qualifications
Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and its impact in both operational and financial areas.
Prefer 7 years in financial services experience with deep knowledge of payment systems. Demonstrated ability to work in an enterprise wide role and to lead through influence.
Prefer 5 years with Falcon (or comparable system) fraud strategy and rule writing

Outstanding communications skills and ability to clearly communicate with both senior executives and staff.

Thorough knowledge of PC computing environment, experience with database/data warehouses, and experience using reporting/query tools such as Brio, MS Query, MS Access, Excel, Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and customers.
Must be able to work in a high-productive, deadline-oriented environment.

The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT works in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) MCORT is to be comprised of a two-person team in the field under supervision by a third professional from a centralized location.

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Crisis Outreach Supervisor oversees staff development and activities of the MCORT office.
Assist the Program Director in the development of the program's administrative and programmatic operations which includes staff scheduling, training and orientation.
Provide back up to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response staff in the field.
Engage with the Crisis Outreach Responder, when necessary, to provide higher level clinical services which includes assessing and determining the most appropriate interventions during a crisis outreach.
Provide ongoing supervision to the MCORT team including Crisis Outreach Responders and Peer Support Specialists.
Clinical assessment through the completion of a comprehensive intake assessment which includes a mental status exam, suicide risk assessment, risk of hospitalization assessment and an individual's psychosocial history.
Clinical consultation through on-going case discussion and evaluation focusing on client centered advocacy, clinical social work data, clinical goals, and treatment plans.
Performing psychotherapeutic intervention and crisis intervention with individuals as needed.
Ensure training compliance for the MCORT in the following areas: de-escalation, mental health crisis, substance use crisis, and suicide prevention/education training.
Provide education and training to staff on data collection and reporting.
Review and sign off on at least 20% of Mobile Crisis Outreach Response reports for quality assurance purposes.
Collaborate with the Program Director to analyze data an develop reports on mobile outreach encounters, their resolution, and appropriate transition of care for the individuals served.
Provide weekend/holiday coverage on a rotating basis for 24 hour/7 day access to services.
Record keeping, reports, and documentation in accordance with program requirements.
Attend regularly scheduled meetings: supervision, agency meetings, and training(s) as assigned.

The QA/QC Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of technical work delivered under a multifamily energy efficiency program. This role is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for pre- and post-installation inspections, as well as engineering reviews completed by internal program engineers.
In this position, you will conduct independent reviews of internal project documentation, identify trends and recurring issues, and develop reports and dashboards to share findings with program leadership and delivery teams. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for third-party QA/QC reviewers, working collaboratively to resolve identified issues and providing technical rebuttals when discrepancies or incorrect findings arise. Reporting to the Engineering Lead, this position requires strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate QA/QC findings into actionable improvements across the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Internal QA/QC Oversight
Perform quality control reviews of internal program deliverables, including engineering calculations, technical workpapers, inspection reports, and incentive documentation.
Review of project documentation including program applications, scopes of work, equipment specification sheets and certificates, field verification guides, M&V reports, inspection punchlists, etc.
Ensure engineering reviews conducted by program engineers adhere to program standards, technical manuals, and utility guidelines.
Validate data consistency across engineering models, inspection findings, and program tracking systems.
Occasionally support field inspections.
Desk review preparation and Post-inspection QA review.
Issue Identification, Tracking, and Trend Analysis
Identify recurring technical and process-related issues across projects, inspections, and engineering reviews.
Track QA/QC findings by issue type, root cause, and responsible party to support corrective actions and training needs.
Develop and maintain QA/QC reports and dashboards summarizing:
Most common errors and deficiencies.
Trends by measure type, building type, or project phase.
Error frequency by individual, team, or workflow (as appropriate).
Present findings and recommendations to the Engineering Lead and program management.
Third Party QA/QC Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison with third-party QA/QC firms conducting independent reviews.
Review and assess third-party QA/QC findings for technical accuracy and alignment with program rules.
Coordinate resolution of identified issues with internal engineering, inspection, and operations teams.
Prepare and support technical rebuttals when third-party findings are incorrect, unsupported, or inconsistent with program requirements.
Process Improvement & Technical Support
Recommend process improvements, technical clarifications, and standardization efforts to reduce recurring errors.
Support the development and refinement of QA/QC checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures.
Provide technical guidance and feedback to engineers and inspectors to improve overall quality and compliance.
Assist with internal and utility audits by providing QA/QC documentation, responses, and corrective action plans.
Support updates to checklists, templates, and SOPs based on findings from monthly QAQC vendor and client meetings.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the Engineering Lead, program engineers, inspectors, and operations staff to ensure consistent quality standards.
Support utility, regulatory, and program audits as needed.
Participate in team meetings to review QA/QC trends, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support program quality and performance.
Support system testing and implementation of new engineering or QA/QC tools, features, etc.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Energy Management, or a related technical field required.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEM, BPI, RESNET) are a plus.
2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering review, inspections, or technical QA/QC (multifamily preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of multifamily energy efficiency measures, building systems, and installation practices.
Demonstrated experience conducting or reviewing pre- and post-installation inspections.
Experience reviewing engineering calculations, technical analyses, and supporting documentation.
Ability to technically evaluate and rebut third-party QA/QC findings when warranted.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality-focused mindset.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop clear reports or dashboards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus.
