The Claims Supervisor, Operations will oversee a unit of operations associates in the Woodbridge and Mount Laurel claim departments. The unit handles a variety of claim related functions including, but not limited to data entry, rental claim handling, salvage processing, subrogation assistance and switchboard functions. In addition, this role also has responsibilities with regards to claim system applications including testing, quality assurance and production support. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and monitor unit goals for service, production and work quality.
