Job Summary:
Working out of our Northern Colorado facility, you will be responsible for the setting up and operation of our CNC machining center including but not limited to:
Safely manufacture parts for equipment from prints provided.
Proficiently program CNC Turning and Milling Machine Centers.
Understand and be able to operate our CMM machine (if not then training will be provided).
Multi-task running multiple machines.
Ability to Tig weld and operate metal forming & finishing equipment is a plus.
Work in conjunction with other team members to successfully accomplish fabrication tasks to meet agreed schedules.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma (Preferred)
Open to in-house training
Ability to drive a forklift

Work Environment:
Shop associates will be 90% +.
Physical Demands:

The expected starting Pay range for this role is $30.00 - $38 USD per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Calibrated Equipment Use
Properly use and maintain all calibrated measuring tools, ensuring they are regularly calibrated and in good working condition.
Report any damaged or out-of-calibration equipment to the Production Supervisor for immediate action.
Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Awareness
Maintain vigilance for foreign object debris in the work area and on the machines.
Follow procedures to prevent FOD from contaminating products and workspaces.
Nonconforming Product Process
Segregate and mark nonconforming products clearly, and follow established procedures for rework, scrap, or customer concession.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to prevent recurrence of nonconformities.
Scrap Handling
Dispose of scrap material according to company procedures, ensuring it is properly marked and stored until final disposition.
Prevent unauthorized use of scrap parts by ensuring they are rendered unusable before disposal.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
