Requirements For Success:
Familiarity with materials and processes, construction methods, and millwork or signage construction standards.
Understanding of how to read and interpret architectural, engineering, furniture, space planning drawings.
Understanding and experience with signage location plans, and message schedules - preferred.
Knowledge of permitting requirements and construction and ADA code requirements - preferred.
Knowledge of or experience in writing some architectural specifications - preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and InDesign), CAD Tools, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Solidworks, or other 3D modeling software experience - strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Enscape and Sign Agent - preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities while managing a multi-project workload.
Detailed oriented while being able to multi-task and work both in a team environment and independently.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, or Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design
2-5 years minimum of detailed design experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare design and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software as required, working from plan mark-ups and sketches.
