Essential Functions:
Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs and metrics related to LTSS & Dual Program reporting impacting patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance; utilizing statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify trends, forecast future outcomes, and drive actionable insights
Design and develop dynamic, user-friendly dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Continuously enhance and update dashboards to ensure data relevance, accuracy, and timeliness
Analyze and evaluate current operations processes to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, Case manager effectiveness and improved patient experience
Recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency and implementing changes to workflows in alignment with business objectives
Ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and completeness through effective data governance practices
Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data is sourced and integrated from multiple systems with high reliability
Develop LTSS & Dual Program reporting solutions that are scalable and include efficient database solutions for supporting reporting functionality
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to better understand data needs
Create ETL solutions for automated, scheduled data refreshes and regular report delivery
Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards which provide leadership with actionable insights that drive critical business decisions
Transform data sets and quantitative and qualitative analysis into usable and effective data for department leaders to make informed business decisions
Build complex analytic tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights and other key business performance metrics, historical trends or benchmarks
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery
Perform complex analysis on data to provide insight and address critical business questions
Transform data analysis and present findings in a consumable, appealing, and impactful executive level format
Create cohesive, cross-functional strategic plans for developing complex data solutions
Gather and analyze data, define and document business requirements, recommend technology requirements, review functional specs, and test relevant systems
Develop, document and perform testing and validation as needed
Conduct examination, testing activities, and explanation of complex data relationships to answer questions identified by the business/department
Create, implement and enforce coding standards for the team
Lead and participate in complex, large-effort data transformation and visualization projects which require cross functional coordination and collaboration across teams
Perform any other job duties as instructed
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with ETL, BI, and database solutions is required
Experience translating business requirements is required
Extensive data analysis experience is required
Relevant healthcare or LTSS and/or Dual Eligible reporting experience is preferred
Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data/report regulations is preferred

Advanced proficiency in data modeling, business intelligence tools, and process optimization strategies

Full-time Description
At Monti, we are preparing the next generation of manufacturing leaders. An entry-level Manufacturing Leadership Development Associate participates in a rotational program designed to build foundational knowledge of a company's operations and manufacturing processes. Associates work on-site in a plant environment, completing hands-on projects and training with the goal of preparing for a future management position.
This role requires relocation. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate as a condition of employment with Monti Inc.

Job Summary
The Monti Leadership Development Associate is an entry-level position that provides a comprehensive, accelerated program to prepare participants for a career in manufacturing management. The program typically consists of structured rotations through various departments, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to provide a holistic understanding of the business. Associates will receive mentorship from senior leaders, targeted training, and exposure to strategic initiatives while developing critical leadership skills.

Rotational assignments: Complete assignments in key plant functions, such as production, supply chain, logistics, finance, and human resources, to gain a deep understanding of the business.
Operational support: Assist plant leaders and supervisors in the daily functions of a facility, including troubleshooting manufacturing problems and improving processes.
Leadership training: Actively participate in training and development workshops focused on improving communication, problem-solving, and leadership competencies.
Project management: Contribute to or lead strategic projects focused on process improvement, cost savings, and quality control using lean manufacturing and other methodologies.
Team supervision: Take on entry-level supervisory duties to develop people leadership skills by assisting in training new employees, ensuring standard procedures are followed, and monitoring performance.
Continuous improvement: Facilitate and support initiatives aimed at driving efficiency and reducing waste, helping teams address and close performance gaps.

• Performs advanced troubleshooting in person and via telephone concerning PC operation;

to newly installed cabling.

• Maintains a personal computer inventory database and telephone equipment database to
ensure all personal computer and telephone resources are accounted for; maintains a
software library of all SBU-owned personal computer-based software, ensuring compliance
with all software licenses and copyright laws.
• Responsible for observing all applicable safety requirements and reporting immediately any
unsafe practices/conditions.
• Carries out special projects as assigned.
