The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a full-time Football Development Intern to help us run our Football Development operations during peak times: May 2026 through end of the football season. The Indianapolis Colts Football Development Intern will assist the Senior Manager of Football Developmentin planning and execution of Colts Football Developmentprograms and initiatives. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Football Development Intern's responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist with the execution of all Football Development events including Colts Sunday Night 7-on-7, Colts Skills Camp, 11-ON, HS Girls Flag Football programming, etc.
Assist with the growth of high school and middle school flag football programming and events
Work with the Football Development Coordinator on planning and executing Colts Flag Football League engagement throughout the year
Assist in planning and execution of all Training Camp events
Track and report all Girls Flag Football school support as part of the ‘Road to 100;' campaign.
Assist the Football Development and Community Impact department in various game day responsibilities including Play 60 Zone, high school football recognition and Play Football Month activities.
Manage and conduct inventory of all Football Development storage areas
Assist with day-to-day communication including Colts.com requests, e-mail, phone calls, mail and special requests
Update and track media coverage for Football Developmentprograms
Submit and track department requests for mascot and cheer appearances, graphic design requests, and photo/video needs
Work with other internal departments on various special projects throughout the season including, but not limited to, Community Impact programming, Training Camp, Colts In Motion, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a graduation date by May 2026
Legally authorized to work full-time in the United States for the duration of the internship
Live within driving distance of the greater Indianapolis area for the duration of the internship
Detail-oriented and organized; flexible with the ability to multi-task
Highly motivated and passionate about working in sports
General social media and digital marketing skills
Excellent communicator with strong customer service and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Transaction Tax Compliance
Collect, analyze, and process data for the timely completion and filing of transaction tax returns
Process tax returns and filings for assigned clients in DMA's proprietary software
Prepare check batches and electronic payment batches
Monitor, review, and resolve jurisdictional tax notices
Complete month end reporting (scanning, uploading, Year to Date tracking, etc.)
Prepare bank reconciliations for applicable clients
Familiarizes with state and local tax compliance changes
Maintain a professional relationship with clients
Assist with projects such as amended returns, address change, name change, closures, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Property Tax Compliance
Perform property tax data analysis, reconciliation, and import into PTMS, OneSource, PowerPlan, and DMA's internal software PTCA
Update and maintain client tax information and database
Submit completed returns to Supervisor/Manager for review by assigned due date
Monitor and review all jurisdictional tax notices for assigned clients by assigned due date
Prepare tax payments on behalf of clients for jurisdictional liabilities by assigned due date
Review the missing bills and notices reports and research items not received
Prepare funding requests to send to the client to receive funds for timely payments
Ensure all applicable returns/renditions/tax bills and remittances are processed and mailed in a timely manner
Respond to client and jurisdictional inquiries
Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities
Attend routine meetings with Professional Development Training Team and complete self-development projects and tasks as assigned
Work closely with other divisions to better understand company initiatives
Assist analysts and supervisors as needed

Lennar's Land InternshipProgram is a 10-week paid internship beginning in June for rising college seniors, in which associates apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world projects and challenges. The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding.
It is important to note that all positions within the Future Builders Program are temporary and do not guarantee future employment with Lennar after the program ends. Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing interns a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs.
Land Intern Responsibilities:
* Assist with land development projects from permitting approvals and construction to community turnover
* Support the supervision and scheduling of subcontractors and consultants for day-to-day operations in the field
* Participate in the delivery of new projects according to construction schedules, contract documents, land development budgets, environmental studies, and reports
Requirements:
* Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
* Working towards a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or a similar degree
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
* Valid driver's license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Interpersonal and customer service skills
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time, season-long Mascot ProgramInternship position within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Mascot Program Intern will report to the Mascot Program Senior Coordinator and work closely with the rest of the Mascot Department in scheduling appearances, helping with video and social media content, administrative duties of the department, and serving as a back-up for appearances, as needed.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Indianapolis Colts Mascot Program Intern will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Colts Mascot Department to implement programming and content that enhances fan engagement and outreach while supporting the organization's mission to entertain, inspire and unite by winning the right way. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Learn the dynamics of the character, Blue, from the Mascot Program Manager in order to serve as a back-up performer, as needed
Assist with appearances with Blue and Colts Marketing events and programs
Help with the planning and creation of promotional elements for the program (i.e. Colts.com stories and updates, press releases, social media videos and posts, etc.)
Assist with scheduling appearances and school shows
Manage Blue's email for fan mail and other requests
Track media coverage and social media analytics for Blue
Assist Blue on game days (skits, fan interaction, t-shirt tosses, etc.)
Assist with other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a mascot is required; collegiate mascot experience is preferred
Exceptional communication skills - written and oral
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Outlook
Videography and editing experience is preferred
High energy, positive attitude with a creative and outgoing personality
Commitment to teamwork, as well as ownership of individual responsibility
Detail-oriented, highly motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task and be flexible
Available to work nontraditional hours and thrive in a fast pace, ever changing environment
Passionate about working in sports and entertainment
Aptitude and a willingness to continually learn
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
Available to work nights and weekends, including all Colts home games
