About the team
The Alliances & Channels (A&C) team is responsible for building a vibrant ecosystem of partners that accelerates Stripe's mission. Within A&C, the Programs team is the engine that drives partner success and ecosystem growth at scale. We architect the commercial and programmatic frameworks that enable partners to scale from single projects to enterprise-wide transformations.
What you'll do
This is a highly strategic and cross-functional leadership role, reporting to our Global Head of A&C Programs. You will be the single-threaded owner responsible for taking our new channel strategy from a validated concept to a fully operational, revenue-generating global program. You will own the business case, define the partner experience, and lead a virtual team across Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales to bring two critical new partner motions to market, creating the commercial frameworks that enable partners to build, sell, and manage solutions on the Stripe platform.
Responsibilities
Act as the founding PM for Stripe's new channel programs, owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution from pilot to global scale.
Lead a cross-functional v-team of senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, GBS, Product, and GTM leadership to design and build the necessary legal agreements, financial models, and operational workflows.
Develop the business case and financial model for each program, including defining recurring revenue share structures, partner profitability models, and success metrics.
Engage directly with senior executives at our most strategic GSI and VAR partners to co-design the programs, gather feedback, and ensure their success as our foundational launch partners.
Manage the strategic investment fund for partner capability, including scoping SOWs with partners to co-develop new service offerings and building the business case for internal tool development.
Report out on program performance to A&C and GTM leadership, with a strong analytical approach to tracking pilot success and building the data-driven case for future investment and expansion.
Who you are
As a successful candidate, you are an experienced channel leader with a proven track record of architecting and launching new, complex commercial programs at a major technology company. You think like a General Manager and have a founder's mentality. This role requires a rare blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, operational rigor, and cross-organizational influence.
Minimum requirements
10+ years of experience in channel strategy, partner programs, or business development, with a focus on building and launching new partner motions (e.g., reseller, MSP, or OEM programs).
Deep understanding of channel economics, including the design of recurring revenue share, reseller margin, and rebate models.
Demonstrated success in leading large, complex, cross-functional programs from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build compelling, data-driven business cases and present them to a C-level audience.
Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and navigate intricate legal and financial discussions with both internal teams and external partners.
A strong "get it done" mentality; you are a builder who is comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure and process where none exists.

This position oversees daily operations, monitoring students, managing staff, planning and implementing programs, ensuring student safety, and well-being. The role handles communication with parents, helps maintain facilities, and potentially manage off-site programming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Will oversee the daily operations of the after-school program, ensuring smooth running and adherence to policies.
Design and implement a diverse range of camp programs and activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate and engaging. Facilitate social and emotional learning activities.
Prioritize the safety and well-being of students and staff, enforce rules, and manage emergency response plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field or equivalent experience as defined by state guidelines.
Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
Training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or behavioral management.
Experience in community mental health, youth services, or case management.
Ability to work under licensed supervision.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if community-based).
Ability to pass background checks and meet state compliance requirements.

This is a part-time, non-tenure track faculty position in the emerging Physician Associate (PA) Program, which will be a part of the College of Health Sciences at Alvernia University. Faculty will report directly to the PA Program Director. This instructional faculty position is instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the Physician Associate Program and the education of its students. The program location will be at the John R. Post Center, Reading CollegeTowne site. This is a 0.2 FTE position which requires an average of 8 hours of remote work per week with the opportunity to complete some tasks on campus.
Instructional Faculty Duties and Responsibilities
· Work in collaboration with the Program Director and principal faculty produce and deliver curriculum content
· Instruct didactic and clinical year students
· Develop and evaluate didactic and clinical year student assessments
· Mentor and advise physician assistant students
· Work with the PA program to select applicants for admissions
· Provide academic counseling
· Participate in student remediation
· Evaluate student performance
· Provide instruction of content related to clinical expertise and as assigned by course directors
· Assist in daily operations

Rate of Pay:
The anticipated rate is $650/ELU for non-terminally prepared adjunct instructors (term-by-term) and $750/ELU for terminally prepared adjunct instructors (term-by-term). Graduate-level courses may be paid at a higher rate. A typical 4-credit course is loaded at 4 ELU.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Individuals appointed from this pool will have the primary responsibility to teach courses within the Theatre Department including:
Theatre (Performance, Production, and Design): The Theatre Department offers educational and practical experience in all areas of theatre, including acting, directing, costuming, stage scenery, lighting, sound, makeup, management, dramatic literature, and theatre history. Theatre majors participate in the department's active and ambitious production program and experience the close working relationships that develop between faculty and students as they produce live theatre together. Through its presentation of classic and contemporary dramatic works, the Theatre Department contributes significantly to the social and cultural enrichment of SOU and southern Oregon communities. Dedicated to creating opportunities for students to apply their knowledge and skills in practical ways, the program not only supplies performance opportunities for students, but it also mounts productions that are often designed and predominantly executed by students. Candidates for all positions in the Theatre Department should have terminal degrees however master's degrees are acceptable depending upon experience and expertise. Shakespeare Studies: The Shakespeare Studies minor is part of the Theatre Department of the School of Arts & Communication. The interdisciplinary field of Shakespeare Studies connects the playwright and his works with the culture of Elizabethan and Jacobean England. The Shakespeare Studies minor at SOU emphasizes the performance of Shakespeare's plays and their cultural impact during the past 400 years. Duties (100%)
The primary responsibility of a faculty member is teaching. Teaching encompasses normal instructional activities beyond the teaching of assigned courses such as academic advising, working with students outside of class, posting and maintaining appropriate office hours, course and curriculum planning, etc.
Efforts associated with teaching may include, but are not limited to: preparation; direct instruction; assessment; student contact outside of class (office hours, appointments, email); presenting complex concepts to a group of diverse learners; listening; understanding and responding to student questions in real-time/in a classroom environment; and applying critical judgment to student work, both written and verbal delivery of information.
Efforts associated with lab/workshop may include: providing students with practical experience using instrumentation and equipment in a way that enables student learning and ensures safety; simultaneously monitoring and managing multiple students individually and in groups; demonstrating and executing complex procedures; and using complex instrumentation and hazardous materials.
Incumbents appointed to multiple terms of teaching may require professional development and service.
Professional Development includes maintaining currency in the discipline taught.
Service includes program and institutional administrative, committee, and student support and retention activities.
In addition to teaching and service, the primary responsibilities at the professorial level include participation in scholarly and/or creative activities, including mentoring student research projects, often related to the successful candidate's research program.
