What You Will Learn: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Facilities & EHS teams as a 12 month intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facility management and environmental health and safety within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will provide support in various areas, ensuring business continuity, building redundancy, and addressing resource limitations. * Support the day-to-day management of facility systems, such as NetFacilities, KPA, ISN, and LEAP. * Help to ensure safety validations are closed out in KPA and manage ISN for contractors. * Assist in managing incidents and implementing MOC (management of change) processes. * Complete facility-related administrative tasks, including updating artwork, clearing out vacant offices, and implementing green initiatives. * Support the Facilities and EHS teams in visitor registration using Proxyclick. * Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements. * Manage coffee supplies and ensure availability for employees. * Oversee security supplies and assist in maintaining a safe and secure workplace. * Assist in the day-to-day management of NetFacilities, including data entry and maintenance. * Support engineering projects related to safety, such as conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures. * Assist in waste reconciliation efforts, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. * Update AutoCAD drawings for compliance and safety purposes. * Identify energy and water savings opportunities and propose initiatives to reduce consumption. * Assist in managing purchase orders, including troubleshooting invoicing errors, tracking spend, and ensuring timely invoice submission. * Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to investigate and resolve invoice-related issues. * Collaborate with vendors to set up new accounts and maintain positive relationships. * Perform goods receipts in a timely manner to ensure accurate inventory management. What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Knowledge of facility management systems and software is a plus. * Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations is a plus.
