Learn the industry. Kickoff the internship at a multi-day session with other interns across the local region to network and learn about WTW from various leaders amongst the Retirement business. Throughout the summer, engage in a robust training program within your local office in order to enhance your understanding of basic pension consulting.
Grow with mentorship. You will have close interaction and support throughout the summer from your very own Lead Retirement Consultant mentor. This consultant will work with you on client assignments, give you an inside look at how the business works, and advise you on future career growth.
Work towards becoming a credentialed actuary. Accepted applicants will be eligible for a comprehensive actuarial exam study program, including paid study hours and exam coaching to assist in attaining an accredited actuarial designation.
Love your work. You will partner with consultants to provide technical actuarial and consulting support on projects like:
Designing, funding, pricing, and the implementation and management of retirement programs
Preparing and assistance with the delivery of client presentations and communications
Competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs
Corporate restructuring and capital enhancement initiatives (demutualization, securitization, mergers & acquisitions)
Forecasting future pension plan costs
Performing annual pension (qualified and nonqualified) and post-retirement medical valuations for a variety of clients
Assisting with completion of plan reporting and filing requirements
Performing plan administrative tasks such as completing benefit calculations, reviewing plan documents and SPDs, and producing benefit statements
Analyzing de-risking options for defined benefit plans (bulk lump sums, retiree annuity purchases, plan terminations)
Qualifications
Role Requirements:
Progress towards a bachelor's or master's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and minimum GPA of 3.0
Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation: The hourly rate being offered for this role is $28-35/hr. USD. This role is also eligible for over-time.

This case manager is responsible for monitoring all participants in the post adjudicatory track of Miami-Dade Adult Drug Court to facilitate the successful completion of drug court. This person maintains open communication with the Miami-Dade Adult Drug Court judge and staff, State Attorney's Office, Public Defender's Office, Department of Corrections, treatment providers, medical practitioners, volunteers, community and state programs, participants and family members. In addition, this case manager will serve as a liaison with the participants' probation officer and other agencies to provide "best practice" services to these participants, gather and track up-to-date case information, prepare analysis for the court, and make recommendations regarding treatment planning for the participants. This position will report to and work closely with the Adult Drug Court Coordinator.
This position is eligible for a hybrid remote/onsite work schedule after a 90-day period, in accordance with Circuit policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates participants' referrals, admission, intake screening and discharge planning.
* Conducts case management assessments.
* Assesses participants' treatment needs and coordinates treatment planning.
* Attends treatment-planning sessions, supervision sessions and staffing.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Transwestern Trailblazer Internship Program, the Brokerage Summer Intern will participate in a comprehensive 8-week internship program designed to incorporate all facets of commercial real estate, alongside a talented group of professionals. POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Exposure to each line of business, including agency leasing, development, investment services, property and facility management and tenant advisory services.

Job Description
To oversee the successful execution of craft bar, pool and beach rentals experiences and family entertainment by monitoring the team of recreation attendants, engaging with guests, and creating memorable vacation moments.
Responsibilities
Responsible for opening and closing procedures of camp room and craft bar
Create and deliver clear stand-up plan for team daily, at start of each shift
Take guest reservations for camp and craft experiences
Host and assist execution of daily craft offerings, camp themes
Demonstrate creativity, crowd management, and Tanner enthusiasm
Effectively handling guest complaints and resolving issues with courage and confidence
Keep up with Kronos timecard hours for designated team on a daily basis
Supervise and train craft attendants, camp counselors and interns, acting as a coach/mentor and positive role model while referencing the company culture throughout daily practices
Communicate end of day recap to management detailing action items, staff issues, follow up needed, etc.
Inspect all department areas daily, monitoring cleanliness, organization and reporting of safety hazards with follow up (camp room, craft storage area, craft zone cabinets/tables, towel stations, Gamer's etc.)
Keep a strict inventory of recreation equipment for designated area (craft materials, camp materials, gaming equipment, s'mores supplies, etc.)
Assist in preparing weekly schedules by providing staffing needs
Act as Social Recreation's Manager on Duty when scheduled accordingly
Assist in preparing for and presenting monthly team meetings and trainings
May assist in research and brainstorming of new programming
Assist in all other aspects of the recreation department as needed including supervising Evening Events or Group Recreation Events (ie. beach fires, teambuilding, holiday special programs)
Must maintain valid driver's license and certified driver status for ability to drive company vehicles
Qualifications
Exterior and occasionally interior of hotel with exposure to various weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, sun and darkness with limited lighting
