The Giant Eagle Intern Development Program is designed to provide college/university students with real world business experience in a Giant Eagle or Market District location. This full-time, paid internship will provide hands-on training and experience in running a retail, grocery business, managing and leading teams, and providing a Guest-first approach. Throughout the 10-week internship, you will spend your days learning to lead and motivate a team, drive sales results, merchandise products, and provide an exceptional experience for our Guests. At the conclusion of your internship, you will have the exciting opportunity to join us for a second year in a Retail Shared Services (corporate) department that falls within your area of study or as an elevated retail intern.

Job Qualifications
* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.
* Either actively enrolled in an academic institution in pursuit of a degree in a relevant course of study or is a recent college graduate, typically having attained a degree within the past 12 months.
* For field roles, only: Valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
