Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a professional to be a part of ODM's Data Visualization and Strategic Analytics Team. This position will be critical to facilitating ODM reporting and dashboard production. The team is actively engaged in communicating agency data to a wide variety of stakeholders and looking for an organized, independent worker to provide project management support. As a Project Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- researching and analyzing data in existing systems (e.g., Enterprise Data Warehouse [EDW]) to identify potential improvements
- conducting impact analysis of patterns, trends, spikes, and other changes in data
- maintaining and updating materials in the Dashboard Coordination SharePoint site
- managing and tracking correspondence inquiries to the ODM Dashboard mailbox
- updating the dashboard job aids for provisioning access to the requestors and coordinating with business intelligence and privacy teams
- organizing the dashboard technical and style guidelines, surveys, and training materials
- providing other project support (e.g., activity coordination, deadline tracking, documentation) to DGA supervisors and analysts as needed
Qualifications
Completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration or related field of study.
-Or 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in research & analysis & written documentation of findings.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
