We are currently hiring Full-Time, Night Shift Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Units at the following ProMedica locations: * ProMedica Bay Park Hospital - ICU (Oregon, OH) * ProMedica Flower Hospital - ICU (Sylvania, OH) * ProMedica Toledo Hospital - Adult ICU, Cardiac ICU, Heart & Vascular ICU, Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, and Surgical ICU As the coordinator of a patient's plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan. In this position, you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals. As a ProMedica RN, you will work to improve patient care, your work environment and patient and staff satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS * Current State license as a Registered Nurse * Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units. * The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during his/her licensure period. At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules. This position offers opportunity for a two-week rotating schedule or a set three day per week schedule. Shifts are 12 hours in length and based out of our facility in Dayton, Ohio.
