Key Responsibilities

Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Interpret technical drawings, job packages, and client specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and customer representatives to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
Maintain, calibrate, and prepare rental and company-owned specialty equipment.
Travel extensively to client facilities across regional and national assignments.
Recommended Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in industrial services, mechanical maintenance, or specialty field service roles (power plants, refineries, petrochemical, or heavy industry preferred).
Certifications/Training:
NCCER, OSHA, or equivalent field qualifications (preferred).
OEM training on induction heating or bolting/tensioning equipment (a plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic tool operation.
Familiarity with torque/tension charts, machining tolerances, and mechanical fit-up.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift to 50 lbs, work at heights, and endure confined space conditions.
Willingness to work extended shifts, nights, weekends, and travel on short notice.
Soft Skills:

Job DescriptionMillennia Commercial Group is looking for a Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer to perform maintenance duties at several of our company managed properties in the greater Cleveland area. MCG is part of the iconic Key Center, which is comprised of Key Tower, the tallest building in Cleveland, the 424 room Marriott Hotel, the restored Society Corporation Building and a multi-level parking garage. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Respond to the technical needs of several local mixed-use commercial facilities.
Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems at several facilities.
Skilled with carpentry, tile, drywall, and painting.
Preventative maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Ensure equipment operates at maximum efficiency.
Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment as required.
Adhere to all safety and OSHA regulations.
Participate in in-house and off-site training as required.
Required Education and Experiences:
Must have completed or be in the process of completing an accredited College or Technical School program relating to the building trades.
Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
Universal Refrigeration Certification preferred.
Can read and interpret blueprints.
General computer knowledge.
Can interact with the coworkers and the public in a professional manner.
Works with minimal supervision.
Primarily 1st shift. May be required to work occasional 2nd and 3rd shifts as required.
Able to work occasional holidays and weekends.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable means of transportation.
